研究目的：

比较斜刃治疗手指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

compare the clinical efficacy of oblique and flat needle knife in the treatment of trigger finger.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用斜刃针刀治疗20例狭窄性腱鞘炎，观察患者临床有效率，记录患者伤口愈合、复发及并发症情况。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Choose 20 patients with trigger finger treated by oblique needle knife in our hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects. The clinical effectiveness of the patients was observed, and the wound healing, recurrence and complications were recorded. To observe whether the oblique knife knife has better cutting and stripping effect than the flat knife knife in the treatment of trigger finger, whether it has important clinical value and popularization significance.

纳入标准：

手指屈伸活动受限，活动时有弹响、猛然伸直或屈曲现象；第一掌指关节压痛，并可触及黄豆粒大结节。

Inclusion criteria

The flexion and extension of the fingers are limited, and there is a phenomenon of bouncing, suddenly straightening or buckling. The first metacarpophalangeal joint is tender and the tubercle of the soybean grain may be touched.

排除标准：

（1） 手指附近及全身有感染病灶； （2） 女性月经期间； （3） 出凝血功能障碍患者、患者口服抗凝药物者需停用1周； （4） 糖尿病患者血糖监测超过8.0mmol/l者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There are infected lesions near the fingers and throughout the body; (2) female menstrual period; (3) Patients with coagulation dysfunction and oral anticoagulant drugs should be stopped for 1 week; (4) Patients with diabetes whose blood glucose monitoring exceeds 8.0mmol/l.
