研究目的：

1.本研究意在为无先兆偏头痛患者提供更优的治疗方法，提高其生存质量，同时发挥中医特色优势，彰显名老中医的学术思想精髓。 2.本研究将有助于对偏头痛患者进行分层，并在早期识别不同患者可能需要的治疗手段和强度，从而真正形成个体化水平的、基于神经生物学标志的最优化治疗模式。

Objectives of Study：

1. The purpose of this study is to provide better treatment methods for patients with migraine without aura, improve their quality of life, and at the same time give play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to highlight the academic essence of famous old Chinese medicine. 2. This study will help stratify migraine patients and identify the treatment options and intensity that different patients may need at an early stage, thus truly creating an individualized level of optimal treatment based on neurobiological markers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）根据ICHD-3诊断为无先兆偏头痛患者； （2）进入研究前至少1年的偏头痛病史； （3）近4周内偏头痛至少发作2次； （4）年龄在18岁至65岁之间； （5）过去3个月无针对偏头痛的针刺或药物预防性治疗； （6）无吸烟饮酒等嗜好； （7）提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed as having migraine without aura according to the diagnostic criteria specified by the International Classification of Headache Disorders (International Classification of Headache Disorders-Third edition [ICHD-III]), (2) Had migraine history at least 1 year before study entry; (3) Had at least two migraine attacks in the last 4 weeks; (4) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (5) Received no prophylactic treatments using acupuncture or pharmacological medicine in the past three months; (6) Had no smoking, drinking and other hobbies; (7) Provided written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）紧张型头痛，丛集性头痛等其他原发性头痛； （2）继发性头痛； （3）免疫缺陷性疾病； （4）出血性疾病； （5）过敏性疾病； （6）妊娠、哺乳期或不能充分避孕者； （7）在过去的3个月内有β阻滞剂、抗精神病药或抗抑郁药的使用史； （8）有抑郁史或其他精神疾病，帕金森病，或其他锥体外系疾病者； （9）核磁禁忌：体内金属植入，幽闭恐惧症等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Tension-type headache, cluster headache, or other primary headaches; (2) Secondary headache; (3) Immunodeficiency diseases; (4) Hemorrhagic diseases; (5) Allergic diseases; (6) Pregnancy, lactation, or insufficient contraception; (7) Had a history of use of beta blockers, antipsychotics, or antidepressants within the past 3 months; (8) Had a history of depression or other psychiatric disorders, Parkinson's disease, or other extrapyramidal diseases; (9) Nuclear magnetic contraindication: metal implantation in vivo, claustrophobia, etc.
