构建基于三维面部特征的中医五行人客观化自动识别深度学习分类模型；探究不同类型中医五行人面部特征与人格特质的一致性；融合健康综合数据构建中医五行人三维面部特征与人格特质的身心一体综合识别模型。

Objectives of Study：

A deep learning classification model of objective automatic recognition of five elements of traditional Chinese medicine based on three-dimensional facial features was constructed. To explore the consistency of facial features and personality traits of different types of TCM five elements. To construct a comprehensive recognition model of three-dimensional facial features and personality traits of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) five-element person based on comprehensive health data.

本研究为观察性研究，无治疗干预。

This study was an observational study without therapeutic intervention.

纳入标准：

年龄在18-55岁；自愿并签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

Aged 18-55 years; Voluntary and signed informed consent

排除标准：

①患有器质性疾病或精神疾患，不能配合采集者； ② 三维人脸信息采集过程中不能配合者； ③ 问卷资料不全者； ④ 面部有先天缺陷者或者后天严重改变者； ⑤ 中途退出者。 符合以上标准1条者，即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

①Suffering from organic diseases or mental disorders unable to cooperate with the collection; ② Unable to cooperate in the process of 3D face information collection; ③ Incomplete questionnaire data; (4) those with congenital defects or severe changes in the face; ⑤ dropouts. Those who met one of the above criteria were excluded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：1、3d面部数据：现场通过Vectra 3D摄像系统拍照; 2、人格特质采集：受试者在研究人员指导下填写电子版问卷（问卷星链接）。3、综合健康指标：其中需要200例受试者自愿在合作医院进行体检，体检数据包括人口学资料、人体基本数据（身高、体重、体质量指数BMI）和体检数据（血常规、空腹血糖、血脂、肝肾功能）及既往病史。 数据管理：1、 数据录入：将采集到的面部数据、人格特质数据和体检数据按照特定编号进行电子分类存储、测量、导出、建库等。2、数据核查和管理的内容和方式：本研究的数据收集质量控制在于数据的完整性及准确性：（1）数据准确性：严格按照图像采集的要求采集面部3D图像，在填写问卷前向填写者充分解释问卷相关内容，以确保受试者填写时充分理解题目含义。（2）数据的完整性：在本研究设计的调查表的填写过程中，数据收集人员要提醒受试者填写表格完整。3、个人隐私信息保密：试验前与受试者充分沟通其面部图片资料与问卷调查结果均用于本次研究使用，无任何其他盈利性目的，且对研究之外人员保密，获得受试者同意后签署知情同意书。受试者资料均以研究编号命名。结果储存在有锁的档案柜且设密码移动硬盘中，仅供研究人员查阅与政府管理部门或伦理委员会的成员检查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: 1. 3d facial data: the scene was taken by Vectra 3D camera system; 2. Personality trait collection: subjects filled in the electronic questionnaire under the guidance of the researchers (questionnaire star link). 3. Comprehensive health indicators: 200 subjects were required to voluntarily undergo physical examination in the cooperative hospital and the physical examination data included demographic data basic human data (height weight body mass index BMI) physical examination data (blood routine fasting blood glucose blood lipid liver and kidney function) and past medical history. Data management: 1. Data entry: The collected facial data personality trait data and physical examination data were electronically classified for storage measurement export and database construction according to specific numbers. 2. Contents and methods of data verification and management: The quality control of data collection in this study lies in the completeness and accuracy of data: (1) Data accuracy: 3D facial images were collected in strict accordance with the requirements of image acquisition and relevant contents of the questionnaire were fully explained to the respondents before filling in the questionnaire to ensure that the subjects fully understood the meaning of the questions when filling in. (2) Completeness of data: In the process of filling out the questionnaire designed in this study the data collectors should remind the subjects to complete the form. 3. Confidentiality of personal privacy information: before the experiment fully communicate with the subjects that their facial pictures and questionnaire results will be used in this study without any other for-profit purpose and keep confidential to people outside the study. After obtaining the consent of the subjects they will sign the informed consent. Subject data were named by study No. Results were stored in locked filing cabinets on encrypted external hard drives and were available only for study access and for review by members of government authorities or ethics committees.
