研究目的：

多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS ）在育龄期妇女中发病率高达10%-15%，经典的临床表现为稀发排卵或者不排卵、高雄激素血症及卵巢多囊样改变。PCOS还常伴有胰岛素抵抗（IR）等代谢异常，远期可引起心血管等疾病，是生殖科的疑难病。痰壅胞宫是其公认病机，痰湿型是其主要证型。痰湿型PCOS在行辅助生殖助孕时，卵子成熟率及优胚率均低于正常患者。临床发现，电针对于改善痰湿型PCOS的糖脂代谢，提高卵细胞质量有显著疗效。拟开展前瞻性随机对照试验验证其治疗作用。

Objectives of Study：

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affects up to 10% to 15% of women of childbearing age.The classic clinical manifestations are sparse ovulation or non-ovulation, hyperandrogenemia and polycystic changes in the ovary.PCOS is often accompanied by metabolic abnormalities such as insulin resistance (IR), which can cause cardiovascular diseases in the long term.It is a difficult disease in reproductive department.Phlegm-dampness type is the main syndrome type of PCOS.The oocyte maturation rate and optimal embryo rate of sputum PCOS patients were lower than those of normal patients during assisted reproduction and pregnancy.Clinical findings show that electroacupuncture has significant effect on improving glucolipid metabolism and improving oocyte quality of phlegm-dampness PCOS.A prospective randomized controlled trial is planned to verify its therapeutic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合鹿特丹诊断标准；（2）符合《中医妇科学》第 7 版教材有关痰湿型月经不调的中医诊断标准；（3）拟行IVF/ICSI助孕的不孕患者；（4）使用常规促排卵方案

Inclusion criteria

(1)It meets the Rotterdam diagnostic criteria;(2) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of phlegm-dampness menstruation in the textbook of Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (7th edition);(3) Infertile patients who plan to undergo IVF/ICSI assisted pregnancy;(4) Routine ovulation induction program was used

排除标准：

（１）子宫内膜异位症；（２）免疫性不育；（３）不明原因的不育；（４）因男方因素行卵胞质内单精子显微注射技术（ICSI）的患者；（５）染色体异常；（６）子宫畸形和／或卵巢手术史；（７）年龄≥４０岁；（８）近３个月内应用激素类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Endometriosis;(2) Immune infertility;(3)Infertility of unknown cause;(4) Patients who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection (ICSI) due to male factors;(5) Chromosome abnormality;(6) History of uterine malformation and/or ovarian surgery;(7) Age ≥40; (8) Hormone drugs were used in the last 3 months.
