研究目的：

1.观察RE应用齐鲁脏腑推拿前后症状、证候积分、24h食管pH值监测等指标变化，明确其临床疗效和应用价值。 2.探索齐鲁脏腑推拿治疗RE的作用机制。 3.规范齐鲁脏腑推拿治疗RE的临床方案。

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the changes of symptoms syndrome scores 24h esophageal pH monitoring and other indicators of reflux esophagitis before and after Qilu Zangfu massage and clarify its clinical efficacy and application value. 2. Explore the mechanism of Qilu Zang Fu massage in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. 3. Standardize the clinical scheme of Qilu Zang Fu massage in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合反流性食管炎（RE）西医诊断标准、中医辨证分型标准； （2）胃镜下排除非糜烂性胃食管反流病（NERD）和巴雷特食管（BE）; （3）年龄在18~65岁之间，性别不限； （4）两周内未接受其他干预措施者； （5）自愿参加并签署知情书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM Syndrome Differentiation for reflux esophagitis (RE); (2) Non erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease (nerd) and Barrett esophagus (be) were excluded under gastroscopy; (3) The age ranged from 18 to 65 years old and gender was not limited; (4) Those who did not receive other interventions within two weeks; (5) Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed letter.

排除标准：

（1）不符合诊断标准和纳入标准者； （2）消化性溃疡、贲门失弛缓症、幽门梗阻或贲门切除术后、胃全切除术后； （3）哺乳期及妊娠期的妇女； （4）局部皮肤感染或破损者； （5）合并有肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病或精神病患者； （6）胃镜检查表现为食管癌等食管恶性疾病，或有其他恶性病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who did not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) Peptic ulcer achalasia pyloric obstruction or after cardia resection after total gastrectomy; (3) Women during lactation and pregnancy; (4) Local skin infection or damage; (5) Patients with liver kidney hematopoietic system endocrine system and other serious primary diseases or psychosis; (6) Gastroscopy showed esophageal cancer and other malignant diseases of the esophagus or other malignant lesions.
