研究目的：

探讨针刺治疗ICP的疗效及有效穴位 探讨针刺前后孕妇静脉血及胎儿脐动脉血各种胆汁酸水平 探讨针刺后胎盘胆汁酸转运载体表达情况

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture in treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and identify effective acupoints. To analyze changes in bile acid levels (e.g. total bile acids cholic acid chenodeoxycholic acid) in maternal venous blood and fetal umbilical artery blood before and after acupuncture treatment. To explore the expression patterns of bile acid transport carriers (e.g. BSEP NTCP MRP2) in the placenta before and after acupuncture intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合西医ICP诊断标准; 2.中医辨证属肝胆湿热型或血虚内热型者； 3.年龄在18-40岁之间； 4.同意接受本研究治疗，并可以追踪观察者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the Western diagnostic criteria for ICP (elevated maternal fasting serum total bile acids (TBA) ≥10 μmol/L or non-fasting TBA ≥19 μmol/L, accompanied by unexplained pruritus and exclusion of other hepatobiliary diseases) . 2.Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation classified as liver-gallbladder damp-heat syndrome or blood deficiency with internal heat syndrome. 3.Age between 18 and 40 years . 4.Voluntary participation in the study, with written informed consent and compliance with follow-up assessments .

排除标准：

1.年龄在18岁以下或40岁以上者； 2.合并全身性疾病：心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者； 3.对研究药物过敏者； 4.不符合纳入标准，未按规定用药，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判定者； 5.若纳入诊断为ICP病人应排除肝胆结石、肿瘤、病毒性肝炎等其他原因所致的胆汁酸升高、肝功能异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <18 years or >40 years. 2.Presence of systemic diseases (e.g., severe primary cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic disorders) or psychiatric disorders. 3.Hypersensitivity to the study drug. 4.Non-compliance with inclusion criteria, failure to adhere to prescribed treatment protocols, or incomplete data that compromises efficacy/safety evaluation. 5.For ICP-diagnosed patients: exclusion of secondary causes of elevated bile acids or liver dysfunction, such as cholelithiasis, hepatic tumors, viral hepatitis, or other hepatobiliary pathologies .
