研究目的：

本项目旨在探索基于虚拟现实技术的五行音乐疗法联合三焦针法在癌性疼痛管理中的安全性及有效性。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to explore the safety and efficacy of Five-Element Music Therapy combined with Sanjiao Acupuncture in cancer pain management based on virtual reality technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合恶性肿瘤的诊断标准； ②中重度癌痛患者，疼痛强度NRS评分≥4，且持续至少一周； ③年龄在18-75岁之间，性别不限； ④预计生存期6个月以上； ⑤同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of malignant tumor; ② Patients with moderate to severe cancer pain pain intensity NRS score ≥4 and lasting for at least one week; ③ age between 18 and 75 years old regardless of gender; ④ the expected survival time is more than 6 months; ⑤ agree and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①存在针灸禁忌症（如凝血功能障碍、严重皮肤感染等）； ②有严重的心、肝、肾功能障碍者，有癫痫、严重精神疾病史者； ③失语、视力或听力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

① There are contraindications to acupuncture (such as coagulopathy severe skin infection etc.); (2) patients with severe heart liver or kidney dysfunction epilepsy or severe mental illness; ③ Aphasia vision or hearing impairment.
