研究目的：

本课题将从临床疗效方面了解华佗五禽戏鹿戏与四点跪位训练并进行比较，明确两者的康复效果差异，在验证五禽戏鹿戏安全性和有效性的基础上，为中国传统功法的推广提供理论和实践支持。

Objectives of Study：

This project will understand and compare Huatuo Five-animal Exercise Luxi and four point kneeling training in terms of clinical curative effect, clarify the difference of rehabilitation effect between them, and provide theoretical and practical support for the promotion of Chinese traditional skills on the basis of verifying the safety and effectiveness of Five-animal Exercise Luxi.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性非特异性腰痛分期及诊断标准； 2.年龄在18-60周岁（包括18、60周岁）； 3.病程＞12周； 4.发作时VAS得分平均≥4。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the staging and diagnostic criteria for chronic non-specific low back pain; 2. Age 18-60 (including 18 and 60 years old); 3. Course of disease> 12 weeks; 4. The average VAS score at the onset is >=4.

排除标准：

1.背部畸形或有明显疤痕或纹身； 2.过去3个月或正在接受腰痛治疗； 3.心血管疾病； 4.其他严重肌骨系统疾病或骨折； 5.精神疾病； 6.妊娠及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Deformed back or obvious scars or tattoos; 2. In the past 3 months or are receiving treatment for low back pain; 3. Cardiovascular disease; 4. Other serious musculoskeletal system diseases or fractures; 5. Mental illness; 6. Pregnant and lactating women.
