研究目的：

采用多中心、前瞻性、单盲、随机、平行对照临床研究，评价基于MR混合现实技术联合中医五音疗法治疗慢性疼痛疾病的疗效及机制，选择中医五音疗法当中两种最佳音调进平行对照试验，探索经MR+五音疗法治疗后患者疼痛缓解情况、焦虑/抑郁量表、脑电图、心率变异性等多项指标变化情况，探索起效机制。

Objectives of Study：

A multicenter prospective single blind randomized parallel controlled clinical study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of MR mixed reality technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy in the treatment of chronic pain diseases. Two of the best tones in traditional Chinese medicine five tone therapy were selected for parallel controlled trials to explore the changes in multiple indicators such as pain relief anxiety/depression scale electroencephalogram heart rate variability etc. after MR+five tone therapy treatment and to explore the mechanism of effectiveness.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合国际疼痛学会 （International association for the study of pain，IASP）的慢性疼痛诊断标准，视觉模拟评分（Visual Analogue Score，VAS）≥3分； (2)病人年龄≥18周岁，≤75周岁； (3)愿意遵守实验相关规定； (4)意识清楚，能够准确回答问题，言语表达自如，无听力障碍，无专业音乐背景的住院病人； (5)知情同意，均同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the chronic pain diagnostic criteria of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) with a Visual Analog Score (VAS) of ≥ 3 points. (2) The patient's age is ≥ 18 years old and ≤ 75 years old. (3) Willing to comply with experimental regulations. (4) A hospitalized patient with clear consciousness able to accurately answer questions fluent language expression no hearing impairment and no professional music background. (5) Informed consent all agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)严重认知、立体视觉及听力障碍； (2)患有癫痫、痴呆、偏头痛或其它神经系统疾病； (3)眼睛、面部或颈部受伤，有恶心或头晕症状等； (4)合并重要脏器功能不全及精神病患者； (5)目前怀孕或计划在研究期间怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe cognitive stereoscopic vision and hearing impairments. (2) Suffering from epilepsy dementia migraine or other neurological disorders. (3) Injury to the eyes face or neck accompanied by symptoms such as nausea or dizziness. (4) Merge patients with important organ dysfunction and mental illness. (5) Currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表(CRF)的填写：完成的病例报告表由临床研究者填写，研究者必须在诊治受试者同时书写研究病例，保证数据纪录及时、准确、完整、规范、真实。更改时只能划线，旁注改后的数据并签名、注明日期。主要负责人审核病例报告表的纪录，并签名。 建立数据库。数值范围和逻辑检查，如有疑问，填写疑问清单（query list），由研究者对疑问清单中的问题进行解答。完成数据核查报告后，锁定数据库。应保存质量控制的有关文件，如数据一致性检查、数值范围和逻辑检查的原始记录、盲态审核时的原始记录、研究者之间交流的疑问记录等。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Filling out the Case Report Form (CRF): The completed CRF is filled out by the clinical researcher who must write the study case while diagnosing and treating the subjects to ensure timely accurate complete standardized and truthful data recording. When making changes only underline and annotate the modified data with a signature and date. The main person in charge reviews the records of the case report form and signs it. Establish a database. Numerical range and logic check if there are any questions fill out a query list and have the researcher answer the questions in the query list. After completing the data verification report lock the database. Quality control related documents should be preserved such as original records of data consistency checks numerical range and logic checks original records during blind audits and records of questions exchanged between researchers.
