求证耳穴治疗联合叠杯运动在改善轻度认知障碍患者认知功能中的作用

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the Role of Auricular Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Cup-Stacking Exercise in Improving Cognitive Function in Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60周岁； 2.按照《中国痴呆与认知障碍诊治指南》(2018版)公布的 MCI诊断标准,确诊为 MCI； 3.意识清楚,具备基本的沟通能力,可配合研究; 4.无规律运动习惯； 5.知情同意,自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with MCI according to the diagnostic criteria for Mild Cognitive Impairment as outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (2018 edition); 3.Clear consciousness possessing basic communication skills and able to cooperate with the study; 4.No regular exercise habits; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.伴严重精神疾病史或器质性精神障碍及其他导致认知损害的中枢神经系统疾病； 2.合并严重器质性心脏病、恶性心律失常、恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能衰竭等疾病； 3.已患有阿尔茨海默病或其他痴呆； 4.正在参加其他临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of severe mental illness or organic mental disorders as well as other central nervous system diseases leading to cognitive impairment; 2.Comorbid severe organic heart disease malignant arrhythmia malignant tumors liver or kidney failure and other diseases; 3.Already diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia; 4.Participants currently enrolled in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：通过问卷收集患者的基本信息，并使用一系列验证过的量表进行研究数据收集。数据管理：所有在研究过程中收集的数据将严格保密并匿名处理。纸质版数据将存放在安全的地点，电子版数据将存放于研究者电脑excel软件，均仅限授权的研究团队成员访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: Basic information of patients will be collected through questionnaires, and a series of validated scales will be used for research data collection. Data Management: All data collected during the research process will be kept strictly confidential and anonymized.
