研究目的：

本研究旨在设计一项高质量的、严格的随机对照试验，以证明电针治疗失眠患者的安全性和有效性，为电针纳入脊柱转移患者术后失眠的诊疗方案提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to design high-quality and rigorous randomized controlled trial to prove the safety and effect of electroacupuncture on treating patients with insomnia. To provide evidence for electroacupuncture to be included in the diagnosis and treatment plan of postoperative insomnia for patients with spinal metastasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄大于18岁； （2） 根据细胞学或组织病理学特征诊断为脊柱转移性癌症，接受脊柱转移性癌症手术； （3） 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）得分超过11； （4） 患者的估计生存期应至少为6个月； （5） 同意参与并完成整个治疗过程，并提供书面同意书； （6） 术后血液检查未见明显异常。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Male or female participants aged ≥18. (2)Diagnosed based on cytological or histopathological features undergoing SM surgery. (3)With scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) of more than 11. (4)Have an estimated survival date of at least 6 months. (5)Consent to participation and completion of the full treatment process and provide written consent. (6)Postoperative blood examination showed no obvious abnormality.

排除标准：

（1）对严重心血管疾病、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统、免疫系统疾病或精神疾病等严重疾病的诊断； （2） 有其他恶性肿瘤病史或同时患有其他恶性肿瘤； （3） 皮肤感染、溃疡和肿胀的针灸区域； （4） 患有精神障碍或脑梗死后遗症，导致无法照顾自己或配合治疗； （5） 有意识、智力、语言理解和表达障碍； （6） 患有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征； （7） 在过去两周内服用过任何安眠药、抗抑郁药或抗精神病药；

Exclusion criteria：

(1)With a diagnosis of severe diseases of severe cardiovascular disease hepatic renal hematopoietic immune system conditions or psychiatric disorders. (2)Have a history of other malignant neoplasms or are having other malignant tumors concurrently. (3)Acupuncture area with skin infection ulcer and soars. (4)Have mental disorders or sequelae of cerebral infarction leading to inability to take care of themselves or cooperate with treatment. (5)Have conscious intelligent language comprehension and expression impairments. (6)Have sleep apnea syndrome. (7)Have taken any sleeping pills antidepressants or antipsychotics within the past two weeks.

本试验随机分配方案由上海市中医药大学附属中医医院临床研究中心使用SPSS（24.0版）统计软件生成。我们将使用分层块随机化，中心作为分层因素竞争分组纳入。当区块用完时，中心将通知数据管理中心进行补充。独立研究人员将把治疗分配代码放在连续编号的不透明信封中，该信封由研究人员根据患者就诊的顺序编号。

The random allocation scheme for this trial will be generated through using SPSS (version 24.0) by The Clinical research center of Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We will utilize stratified block randomization with centers as a stratification factor competing for group inclusion. When blocks are used up centers will inform the data management center for replenishment. The independent investigators will place the treatment assignment code in consecutively numbered opaque envelopes numbered by researchers based on the order of patients visits.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.由研究者填写病例记录表（CRF），每个纳入的病例都需完成病例记录表的填写，交予统计人员进行数据管理分析，保证双人录入原则确保数据真实有效。 2.使用电子数据采集（EDC）系统对用于统计分析的必要数据进行采集。
