研究目的：

探讨面部形神特征与体质类型、健康状态的关系，构建面部形神信息融合的健康状态评估和预警模型，从而为创新与发展中医望诊理论与体质学说，推动国家“治未病”工作的大力开展与“健康中国”战略的落地实施奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

Explore the relationship between facial physical and mental characteristics, physical type, and health status, and build a health status assessment and early warning model based on facial physical and mental information fusion, so as to innovate and develop the theory of traditional Chinese medicine inspection and constitution theory, and promote the national "preventive treatment" work. Vigorously carry out and lay the foundation for the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.

纳入标准：

a.研究对象同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书；b.对研究人员的观察和评价有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

a. The research subjects agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; b. Have good compliance with the observation and evaluation of the researchers.

排除标准：

a.参与过类似研究，对量表内容十分熟悉者；b.面部曾接受过整形手术者、手部有明显形态改变；c.无法配合信息采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Those who have participated in similar studies and are very familiar with the contents of the scale; b. Those who have undergone plastic surgery on the face and have obvious morphological changes on their hands; c. Those who cannot cooperate with information collection.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

完成纸质版问卷后，由课题组成员进行数据录入，录入完毕后与原始记录核对，以确保数据准确性。调查前与研究对象充分沟通其图片、视频资料与问卷调查结果均用于本次研究使用，无任何其他盈利性目的，且对研究之外人员保密。获得研究对象同意后签署知情同意书。调查资料存在保密的移动硬盘中，并保存在有锁的档案柜中，且仅供研究人员或政府管理部门或伦理委员会成员（必要时）按照规定进行查阅。

After completing the paper version of the questionnaire, the members of the research team entered the data, and checked with the original records after the input to ensure the accuracy of the data. Before the survey, fully communicate with the research subjects that their pictures, video materials and questionnaire results are used in this research without any other profit-making purposes, and they are kept confidential to those outside the research. Sign the informed consent form after obtaining the consent of the research subjects. The investigation data is stored in a confidential mobile hard disk and kept in a locked filing cabinet, and can only be accessed by researchers or members of government management departments or ethics committees (if necessary) in accordance with regulations.
