研究目的：

1.通过对结直肠息肉患者的耳穴特异性变化的临床观察，归纳结直肠息肉患者耳穴阳性反应群，为结直肠息肉患者的早期筛查和长期监测提供科学依据； 2.形成结直肠息肉患者多模态耳穴诊疗组方，并开展临床验证评价，总结注意事项，为结直肠息肉及结直肠癌患者的耳穴诊疗提供思路，以推动中医药适宜技术的发展。

Objectives of Study：

1. Through clinical observation of the specific changes of ear points in patients with colorectal polyps the positive reaction groups of ear points in patients with colorectal polyps are summarized providing scientific basis for early screening and long-term monitoring of patients with colorectal polyps; 2. The multi-modal auricular point diagnosis and treatment set for patients with colorectal polyps was formed clinical verification and evaluation were carried out and precautions were summarized to provide ideas for the auricular point diagnosis and treatment of patients with colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer so as to promote the development of appropriate technologies of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选取肠镜检查确诊有结直肠息肉患者和正常健康者共计334例（其中结直肠息肉患者167例、正常健康者167例），采集患者其耳穴穴位电阻抗和耳像特异性照片。1、耳穴望诊：所有患者均进入同一个诊室，在自然光的照射下，观察耳廓穴区的皮肤颜色、形态异样变化。2、耳穴压痛：使用SZF智能化检测笔，配合电阻测定，顺序轻触穴区。探测时观察患者耐受度，询问其有无感到疼痛。3、耳穴电测：使用SZF智能化检测笔，让受检者取坐位，将参考电极贴片固定于同侧手腕内关穴；用75%酒精对耳郭全面擦洗，检测人员用左手捏住受试者的耳廓，右手持检测笔，测试受测者21个耳穴的电阻抗值。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A total of 334 patients with colorectal polyps confirmed by colonoscopy and normal healthy subjects (including 167 patients with colorectal polyps and 167 normal healthy subjects) were selected to collect their auricular acupoint electrical impedance and ear-specific images. 1. Examination of auricular points: All patients enter the same consulting room and observe the skin color and shape changes in the auricular point area under the irradiation of natural light. 2 ear point tenderness: use SZF intelligent detection pen with resistance measurement light touch the point area in sequence. The tolerance of patients was observed and whether they felt pain was asked. 3 auricular point electrical test: use SZF intelligent test pen let the subject take the seat the reference electrode patch fixed on the same side of the wrist Neiguan point; The auricle was scrubbed with 75% alcohol. The tester held the subject's auricle with his left hand and the detector pen with his right hand to test the electrical impedance values of the subject's 21 auricle points.

纳入标准：

观察组： (1)江苏省中西医结合医院内镜中心行肠镜检查后发现结直肠息肉或接受结肠息肉内镜下切除的患者； (2)18≤年龄≤89岁，一般情况良好，无严重恶病质表现者； (3)患者知情同意，自愿参与本次调查。 对照组： (1)江苏省中西医结合医院内镜中心肠镜检查排除结直肠息肉患者； (2)18≤年龄≤89岁，一般情况良好，无重大下消化道疾病； (3)患者知情同意，自愿参与本次调查。

Inclusion criteria

Observation group: (1) Patients who were found to have colorectal polyps or underwent endoscopic resection of colon polyps after colonoscopy at the Endoscopic Center of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine; (2)18≤ age ≤89 years old generally in good condition no serious cachexia; (3) The patient gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this investigation. Control group: (1) Colorectal polyps were excluded by colonoscopy in the Endoscopic Center of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; (2)18≤ age ≤89 years old generally in good condition no major lower digestive tract diseases; (3) The patient gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this investigation.

排除标准：

(1)无法配合耳穴探测; (2)肠道准备不充分，Boston 评分9分以下; (3)患有其他严重下消化道疾病（包括慢性结肠炎和溃疡性结肠炎等）； (4)耳部畸形、局部病变（包括疤痕、感染、溃烂、冻疮、破损等）影响测定者； (5)既往和目前有精神病或吸毒病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Can not cooperate with ear point detection; (2) Inadequate intestinal preparation Boston score below 9; (3) suffering from other serious lower digestive tract diseases (including chronic colitis and ulcerative colitis etc.); (4) Ear deformities local lesions (including scars infections ulcers chilblains damage etc.) affect the determination; (5) Previous and current history of mental illness or drug abuse.

由志愿服务者向内镜中心预约肠镜患者发放招募书，患者自愿填写知情同意书，按照报名顺序产生序列。经肠镜检查确诊肠息肉患者进入病例组，非肠息肉患者进入对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The volunteers will issue recruitment letters to the patients who make an appointment for colonoscopy in the endoscopy center and the patients will fill in the informed consent voluntarily and the sequence will be generated according to the order of registration. Patients with confirmed intestinal polyps by colonoscopy were enrolled in case group and those with non-intestinal polyps were enrolled in control group.
