研究目的：

本研究主要通过内镜和病理评估分析临床使用萎胃方患者的临床疗效，并且通过胃黏膜基因差异表达分析并探讨萎胃方可能的作用靶点及其作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the clinical efficacy of Weiwei decotion will be evaluated and analyzed through endoscopy and pathology, and the possible target and mechanism of Weiwei decotion will be analyzed through differential expression of genes in gastric mucosa.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合 CAG 诊断标准； (2) 年龄18～65岁之间； (3) 签署知情同意书，能按要求完成治疗及随访；

Inclusion criteria

(1) meet the diagnostic criteria of CAG; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; (3) signed informed consent, and completed treatment and follow-up as required;

排除标准：

(1) 前一个月内使用PPI和/或非甾体抗炎药（NSAID），抗血小板药和抗凝药，粘膜保护剂； (2) 有胃溃疡、胃癌以及胃外科手术史等； (3) 有心脏、肺、肝脏、肾脏、血液系统或者有危及生命的疾病(如肿瘤、艾滋病)； (4) 有精神障碍或者有酗酒、吸毒史； (5) 待产、怀孕、哺乳期的女性患者； (6) 最近三个月正在参加或者正在参加另一项药物试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) PPI and/or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids), antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants, and mucosal protectants were used within the previous month; (2) a history of gastric ulcer, gastric cancer and gastric surgery; (3) having heart, lung, liver, kidney, blood system or life-threatening diseases (such as cancer and AIDS); (4) mental disorder or a history of alcoholism or drug abuse; (5) female patients undergoing labor, pregnancy or lactation; (6) participating or participating in another drug trial within the last three months.
