研究目的：

1.探索血脂边缘升高人群服用鲜竹沥的有效性，为后期鲜竹沥干预血脂异常大样本研究提供科学依据； 2.探究鲜竹沥干预血脂边缘升高人群的差异代谢物，为深入探究鲜竹沥干预血脂边缘升高的机理机制提供前期基础。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effectiveness of fresh bamboo juice in people with borderline elevated lipids, and to provide a scientific basis for a later study of fresh bamboo leach intervention in large samples of dyslipidemia; 2. To investigate the different metabolites of fresh bamboo juice in patients with elevated lipids, and to provide a preliminary basis for further investigation of the mechanism of dyslipidemia in the population with borderline dyslipidemia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）BMI≥24 kg/m2； （2）符合西医血脂边缘升高诊断； （3）年龄≥18 周岁，男女不限； （4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) BMI≥24 kg/m2; (2) In line with Western medicine borderline hyperlipidemia diagnosis; (3) Age ≥18 years old, male or female; (4) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重心、脑和造血系统等原发疾病，合并严重肝、肾功能损害，有恶性肿瘤等； （2）处于备孕期、妊娠期或哺乳期； （3）合并有重大精神疾病而无法合作或不愿合作者； （4）已知对本药物成分过敏； （5）近 3 个月曾服用减肥或调脂药物，影响到对结果的判断者； （6）脾胃虚弱，易便溏腹泻，或伴有肠道疾病者； （7）近 3 个月参与其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with serious heart, brain and hematopoietic system and other primary diseases, combined with serious liver and kidney damage, there are malignant tumors; (2) in preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation period; (3) Combined with a major mental illness, unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; (4) known allergy to the drug ingredient; (5) People who have taken weight-loss or lipid-regulating drugs in the past 3 months, affecting the judgment of the results; (6) Weak spleen and stomach, easy loose stool diarrhea, or accompanied by intestinal diseases; (7) Participants in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
