研究目的：

目前国内外尚无耳穴压豆干预肠结核的随机对照试验，因此有必要开展临床试验为耳穴压豆的有效性和安全性提供高质量证据。

Objectives of Study：

At present, there is no randomized controlled trial of ear point pressing beans in the treatment of intestinal tuberculosis at home and abroad, so it is necessary to carry out clinical trials to provide high-quality evidence for the effectiveness and safety of ear point pressing beans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1)年龄18-70岁，男女不限。 2)细菌学证实或临床诊断活跃结核：a.细菌学证实（抗酸染色或培养阳性或结核DNA 扩增阳性（此标准源自WHO2015年报）或临床诊断活跃结核；b.伴腹痛、梗阻、便秘或腹胀、睡眠障碍。 3)认知及沟通能力正常，知情同意，能配合参与调查，并能定期随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-70, male or female. 2) bacteriologically confirmed or clinically diagnosed active tuberculosis: a. Bacteriologically confirmed (acid-fast staining or culture positive or tuberculosis DNA amplification positive (this standard is derived from WHO2015 annual report) or clinically diagnosed active tuberculosis;B. With abdominal pain, obstruction, constipation or abdominal distension, and sleep disturbance. 3) Normal cognitive and communication skills, informed consent, can cooperate in the investigation, and can regularly follow visitors.

排除标准：

1)合并严重基础疾病、急危重症患者者。 2)精神障碍患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients complicated with serious underlying diseases or critically ill patients. 2) People with mental disorders.

使用SPSS 22.0统计软件制作随机数字表，将入选病例随机分成两组：试验组、对照组。根据随机数字表填写随机分配卡，随机分配卡包含随机数字、序号及组别。将随机分配卡用不透光的专用牛皮信封密封后信封上编序号。受试者按就诊顺序，符合纳入标准后启封，并作病例报告表相关登记。
