Objectives of Study：

To　prove that acupuncture at "Siguan" can delay the progression of aMCI

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

患者年龄在 55 岁以上，主诉记忆力减退，有记忆减退的客观证据，总体认知功能未受影响，日常生活能力正常，没有痴呆，临床痴呆评定得分 0.5，其中 记 忆 得 分 至 少 为 0.5 。 简 易 精 神 状 态 检 查 （mini-mental state examination，MMSE）评分值介于24～30分之间，蒙特利尔认知评估量表 （Montreal Cognitive Assessment，MoCA）得分18～26分。冠状位 T1加权 MRI 显示内侧颞叶萎缩的视觉评分大于 1级（仅脉络膜裂增宽）或 2 级（伴侧脑室颞角扩大），液体衰减反转恢复（FLAIR）图像示脑白质损害评定量表评级小于 2级（有高信号斑点或斑状融合），所有患者均为右利手，自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All the patients were right-handed, and over 55 years old, complained of memory loss, without objective evidence of memory decline. The cognitive function was not affected, the ability of daily living was normal, and there was no dementia. The score of dementia memory was at least 0.5. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE). The scores of MMSE ranged from 24 to 30, and MOCA score 18-26; Coronal T1 weighted MR images showed medial temporal lobe atrophy with visual score greater than grade 1 (choroidal fissure enlargement only) or grade 2 (with enlargement of temporal horn of lateral ventricle), fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) images showed white matter with a lesion rating of less than 2 (with high signal spots or patchy fusion). All the patients were right-handed, they voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

由其他已知病因（如中风、颅脑损伤、酒精依赖、癫痫、抑郁症、帕金森病或其他神经或精神疾病）所致认知障碍，患有其他严重疾病、重度视力或听力障碍等，有 MRI 检查禁忌症（如心脏起搏器和体内金属植入等），未能完成神经心理量表评估检查，未完成 MRI 检查或者图像质量不合格，未能完成随访检查。

Exclusion criteria：

cognitive impairment caused by other known causes (such as stroke, craniocerebral injury, alcohol dependence, epilepsy, depression, Parkinson's disease or other neurological or mental diseases), Suffering from other serious diseases, severe visual or hearing impairment, with MRI contraindications (such as cardiac pacemaker and metal implantation in vivo), failure to complete neuropsychological scale assessment, MRI examination or unqualified image quality, failed to complete follow-up examination.

本课题组建立数据安全与监察委员会，课题负责人（首都医科大学宣武医院李坤成）任主任，上海谦狐科技有限公司张超经理为副主任。由上海谦狐科技有限公司负责建立本研究的医学影像、临床研究数据库和云平台，对数据的“采集、存储、管理、运算和使用”实施端到端整合和优化；通过打破数据处理和数据存储的边界，实现数据高效共享和分析，以降低成本和增加使用效率；通过数据虚拟化引擎，统一SQL语言，让数据系统真正从各参加单位的孤立走向融合，从复杂走向智能化。上海谦狐科技有限公司对所构建的影像数据库，按照标准操作规程对数据实施严格保密管理，未经监察委员会和本研究负责人同意批准，不能将数据提供给第三方。 数据采集要求各中心以研究编号和受试者姓名加以标识。各中心所有数据采集工作人员都在课题启动时签订保密协议书，在启动时和实施过程中定期进行操作流程和保密制度培训，禁止未经授权的其他人员接触数据。数据按照操作书册规范采集后，各中心指定专人对数据的完整性进行核查，然后传输至数据库存储平台，进行安全存储及统一管理，平台对各中心上传的数据进行分类管理，并赋予不同的数据访问权限。数据上传至数据库平台后，上海谦狐科技有限公司指定专人负责对各中心上传的数据质量进行分析，然后及时对参加单位给予反馈；对信息系统管理实行分级授权管理，除数据的贡献者外，其他用户都需要通过数据管理员拷贝数据。数据管理员拷贝数据需要至少两名管理员同时授权才可操作。未经授权的其他人不能接触数据库的数据。平台对所有需要共享的数据进行匿名化处理，以防止任何使用者通过数据识别受试者的身份信息。
