研究目的：

本项目以腹泻型肠易激综合征为研究对象，基于静息态功能磁共振，探讨针刺力敏腧穴治疗IBS-D的中枢机制，为针刺治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效机制提供进一步依据。

Objectives of Study：

irritablebowel syndrome (IBS) is a chronic functional gastroenteropathy characterized by abdominal pain diarrhea changes in bowel habits and abnormal bowel behavior. However the biochemical examination and gastrointestinal structure are normal. The global prevalence of IBS is 11.2% and in China the rate is about 4.6% to 5.67% of which 74.1% is diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome. At present acupuncture is safe and effective in treating IBS. Sensitization of acupoints is the key factor to improve the curative effect of acupuncture and the sensitization of acupoints is a new hotspot in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion. As a type of acupoint sensitization Limin point refers to a special part that produces abnormal sensations such as quick pain and non-pain sensation after being stimulated by appropriate finger force and is manifested as "quick and quick". At present studies have shown that acupuncture stimulation sensitization points can achieve "small stimulation and big response" and the curative effect

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述诊断标准； ②患者年龄18-40岁；右利手； ③基线期IBS-SSS总积分≥75分； ④治疗前至少2周没有使用过任何治疗IBS的药物； ⑤体表存在至少5个力敏腧穴者； ⑥自愿参加研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the above diagnostic criteria; ② Patients aged 18-40 years old; Right-handed; ③ The total score of IBS-SSS in the baseline period was ≥75 points; Have not used any IBS medication for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment; (5) There are at least 5 sensitive points on the body surface; ⑥ Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

有以下任何情况之一者，必须排除。 ①合并有心血管系统、肝、肾、造血系统、精神疾病、认知功能明显障碍等严重原发性疾病者； ②正在参加其他临床试验，影响疗效指标观测者； ③有磁共振扫描禁忌征； ④有幽闭恐惧症、心脏起搏器植入状态等磁共振检查禁忌症的患者； ⑤拒绝签署知情同意书，违反试验方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

Any of the following conditions must be ruled out. ① Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular system liver kidney hematopoietic system mental disease and obvious impairment of cognitive function; (2) Those who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the efficacy indicators; ③ There are contraindications of magnetic resonance scanning; (4) Patients with contraindications for MRI examination such as claustrophobia and pacemaker implantation status; ⑤ Refuse to sign the informed consent and violate the test protocol.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由胡玲采用SPSS25.0随机数字表法，根据结果制成随机分配卡。胡玲将纳入本研究的受试者按1：1比例分配至传统针刺组与力敏针刺组，将已填有序号、随机数字和对应分组的用不透光信封密封。当有患者入组时，根据就诊的先后顺序从袋中取出对应序号的随机分配信封，并据其信息进行分组。

By using SPSS25.0 random number table method Hu Ling made a random distribution card according to the results. Hu Ling divided the subjects included in this study into the traditional acupuncture group and the force sensitive acupuncture group in a 1:1 ratio and sealed the ordered numbers random numbers and corresponding groups with opaque envelopes. When patients were enrolled randomly assigned envelopes with corresponding serial numbers were taken from the bag according to the order of treatment and grouped according to their information.
