研究目的：

本研究采用多中心随机对照的研究方法，观察二阳三龙泻火法治疗急性期带状疱疹 肝胆火盛证的临床疗效和安全性，为治疗带状疱疹探寻疗效确切、安全、易推广的中医 疗法。

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a multicenter randomized controlled research method to observe the treatment of acute herpes zoster with the method of two yang, three dragons, and purging fire The clinical efficacy and safety of liver and gallbladder fire syndrome, exploring the precise, safe, and easy to promote traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of herpes zoster Therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)同时符合上述3条带状疱疹肝胆火盛证诊断标准者; (2)18岁≤年龄≤70岁； (3)出现疱疹在1—7天内，未经过治疗者（包括中西药、针灸等治疗）； (4)签署知情同意书，同意接受本课题组各种治疗方法，服从课题组安排者。 注:同时符合以上4项的患者，方可纳入本研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for the liver gallbladder fire syndrome of herpes zoster mentioned above simultaneously; (2) 18 years old ≤ Age ≤ 70 years old; (3) Those who have herpes within 1-7 days without treatment (including Chinese and western medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc.); (4) Sign an informed consent form, agree to accept various treatment methods from our research group, and obey the arrangements of the research group. Note: Patients who meet all four criteria must be included in this study

排除标准：

(1)属于带状疱疹的特殊类型，包括眼、耳带状疱疹、内脏带状疱疹、脑膜带状疱疹、 泛发性带状疱疹、无疹型带状疱疹； (2)妊娠或哺乳期妇女； (3)过敏体质及对多种药物过敏者； (4)合并急性的心脑血管、肝肾、造血系统等原发性疾病者； (5)多脏器功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤、精神病、结缔组织病、活动性肺结核患者； (6)病情危重（如高热、神智障碍等），难以对治疗的有效性和安全性做出确切评价 者； (7)一个月内应用过皮质类固醇激素或免疫抑制剂者。 注:凡符合上述任何一项者，均应排除

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Belonging to a special type of herpes zoster, including herpes zoster in the eyes and ears, herpes zoster in the organs, herpes zoster in the meninges Generalized herpes zoster and rash free herpes zoster; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Individuals with allergic constitution and allergies to multiple drugs; (4) Patients with acute primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, and hematopoietic system; (5) Patients with multiple organ failure, malignant tumors, mental illness, connective tissue disease, and active pulmonary tuberculosis; (6) The condition is critical (such as high fever, mental disorders, etc.), making it difficult to make a definite evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of treatment Person; (7) Individuals who have used corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within a month. Note: Anyone who meets any of the above criteria should be excluded

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据库初步建立之后，由录入员录入模拟的CRF，进行数据库的测试。本研究产生的数据将由两名数据录入员进行双录入。数据录入完成后，将利用数据库进行录入一致性比对，并生成比对报告。在此基础上对不一致之处进行双核查。核查有误之处可进行修改。 在数据库锁定前，数据管理单位准备数据管理报告，并提交给申办单位审核及批准。统计分析计划定稿。研究者、统计师、数据管理员共同签署数据库锁定表格，同时数据库被锁定。锁定后的数据库，以SAS数据库格式，连同数据结构说明和编码表，交付给统计师进行统计分析。研究结束后将把SAS数据库及相关文件（原始数据库、衍生数据库、编码表、统计分析报告）一起发布。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

After the initial establishment of the database, the data entry personnel input the simulated CRF for database testing. The data generated in this study will be double entered by two data entry personnel. After the data entry is completed, the database will be used for consistency comparison and a comparison report will be generated. On this basis, double check for inconsistencies. Any errors found during verification can be corrected. Before locking the database, the data management unit prepares a data management report and submits it to the applicant unit for review and approval. Finalize the statistical analysis plan. Researchers, statisticians, and data administrators jointly sign the database locking form, and the database is also locked. The locked database is delivered to the statistician for statistical analysis in SAS database format, along with data structure explanations and coding tables. After the research is completed, the SAS database and related files (original database, derived database, coding table, statistical analysis report) will be released together.
