研究目的：

本研究拟在西医常规治疗的基础上，通过文献研究法、专家会议法构建出中药溻渍联合代茶饮护理干预方案，并通过开展随机对照试验将其应用于感染性皮脂腺囊肿术后患者的伤口护理过程中，进一步探讨该方案对改善患者术后症状、促进伤口愈合、提升治疗依从性和满意度方面的影响。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the routine treatment of western medicine this study intends to formulate the nursing intervention program of good irrigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with tea drinking through literature review and expert meeting and to apply it to the wound care process of postoperative patients with infected sebaceous cyst through a randomized controlled trial. The effects of the scheme on improving postoperative symptoms promoting wound healing improving treatment compliance and satisfaction were further explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1） 确诊为感染性皮脂腺囊肿并接受手术治疗的成年患者：诊断标准参照2005版《新编皮肤科诊疗指南》。皮脂腺囊肿继发感染者，突起于皮肤的瘤体会突然肿大、色红、伴疼痛，触之表面柔软、发热、有波动感，严重者破溃流脓，有恶臭。 （2） 符合梭形切口切除术和（或）切开引流术的术式标准：术式标准参考2012版《实用皮肤外科学》。1）梭形切口切除术：绕开中央皮脂腺开口，沿着囊肿边缘作一梭形切口，其近侧缘与皮纹平行；2）切开引流术：在脓肿波动最明显处下方沿皮纹作横型切口或弧形切口。 （3）术后切口直径范围为2cm-5cm、切口深度≥0.5-1.5cm； （4）生活自理程度以可以坚持就诊为标准； （5）研究人群的年龄范围设置为18岁至70岁 （6）自愿参与且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Adult patients diagnosed with infectious sebaceous cyst and treated with surgery: the diagnostic criteria refer to the 2005 edition of the new Guidelines for the diagnosis and Treatment of Dermatology . Sebaceous cyst secondary infection protruding from the skin of the tumor will suddenly swell red accompanied by pain touch the surface soft hot with a sense of fluctuation severe rupture of pus there is a foul smell. (2) Surgical standards conforming to fusiform incision resection and (or) incision and drainage: surgical standards refer to the 2012 edition of Practical Dermatological Surgery . 1) Spindle incision resection: bypass the central sebaceous gland opening make a spindle incision along the edge of the cyst and its proximal edge is parallel to the dermatophytes; 2) Incision and drainage: a transverse or curved incision was made along the dermatomal lines below the most obvious fluctuation of the abscess. (3) Postoperative incision diameter ranged from 2cm to 5cm and incision depth ≥0.5-1.5cm; (4) The level of self-care was taken as the standard of being able to adhere to medical treatment; (5) The age range of the study population was set to 18 to 70 years (6) Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 存在心、脑、肝、肾等严重系统性疾病或恶性肿瘤者； （2）拒绝或不耐受中医药干预治疗； （3）妊娠期间、试验期间备孕或处于哺乳阶段的育龄女性； （4）伤口出现恶变者； （5） 有明确诊断为糖尿病或空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/L者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1） Patients with serious systemic diseases such as heart brain liver and kidney or malignant tumors; （2）Refuse or tolerate TCM intervention; （3） Women of childbearing age who were preparing for pregnancy or were in the stage of breastfeeding during pregnancy or the trial period; （4） Malignant transformation of the wound; （5） Patients were diagnosed with diabetes or fasting blood glucose ≥7.0mmol/L.

本研究采用多中心分层随机化设计。以研究中心作为分层因素（研究中心①和研究中心②），在每家研究中心内分别设立独立种子数，通过STATA 17.0统计软件生成伪随机数。根据生成的伪随机数值大小，将患者按1：1的比例随机分配至对照组及试验组A、试验组B和试验组C。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A multi-center hierarchical randomized design was adopted in this study. With research centers as the stratification factor (research centers ① and research centers ②) independent seed numbers were set up in each research center and pseudorandom numbers were generated by STATA 17.0 statistical software. According to the generated pseudo-random value size patients were randomly assigned to the control group and to trial groups A B and C in a ratio of 1:1.

盲法：

由于中药溻渍和代茶饮干预的操作特性，本研究采用部分盲法设计。负责收集数据的研究护士对患者的分组情况完全不知情，且数据收集工作安排在干预实施前的固定时间点进行，以确保盲法的有效性。负责实施干预的护士虽知晓患者的分组情况，但不参与数据收集和结果评估工作，以减少评估偏倚。此外，通过多中心设计和统一培训，最大限度地减少偏倚，确保研究结果的科学性和可靠性。

Blinding：

Due to the operation characteristics of the intervention of and tea substitute a partially blind method was used in this study. The study nurses responsible for collecting the data were completely unaware of the grouping of patients and the data collection was scheduled at a fixed time point before the intervention was implemented to ensure the effectiveness of the blind method. The nurses who administered the intervention were aware of the patients' groupings but were not involved in data collection and outcome assessment to reduce assessment bias. In addition through multi-center design and unified training bias is minimized to ensure scientific and reliable research results.
