研究目的：

观察耳穴压豆治疗女性袖状胃切除术后恶心呕吐及促进胃肠道功能恢复的临床疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupressure on female patients with nausea and vomiting after sleeve gastrectomy and to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁以上65岁以下； 2.美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)身体状态I或II级的女性患者连续于2021年5月--2021年10月首次经全身麻醉完成袖状胃术式； 3.BMI ≥27.5。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged > 18 years and < 65 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) female patients with physical status I or II completed the sleeve gastric surgery for the first time under general anesthesia from May 2021 to October 2021; 3. BMI >= 27.5.

排除标准：

1.耳穴压豆禁忌症，如穴位刺激皮肤区域出现皮疹或局部感染等； 2.4周内有化疗史或8周内有放疗史； 3.术前24h发生恶心呕吐者； 4.1周内使用过激素； 5.胃食管反流症； 6.肝肾功能异常； 7.其他原因不能完成本研究者； 8.行减重代谢手术后复胖者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications of pressing beans at auricular points, such as rash or local infection in the skin area stimulated by acupuncture points; 2. History of chemotherapy within 4 weeks or history of radiotherapy within 8 weeks; 3. Nausea and vomiting occurred 24 hours before the operation; 4. Have used hormones within 1 week; 5. Gastroesophageal reflux disease; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Those who cannot complete the research for other reasons; 8. Those who regained weight after weight loss and metabolic surgery.
