研究目的：

本课题针对腰椎间盘突出症患者，将推拿治疗配合研发设备穴位自动定位艾灸治疗机器人与推拿治疗配合临床常用艾灸治疗方法相比较，客观评价研发设备的安全性和有效性，并根据使用情况反馈改进建议，改善腰椎间盘突出症带来身体及生活上的影响。 在此基础上，拟定设备的临床适应症及禁忌症，并建立相应数据库。建立一套腰椎间盘突出症的中医设备治疗方案，并制定研发设备的数据采集、康复评价与应用方法等相关标准。通过互联网信息集成技术进行远程数据收集、监控及维护，提升中医治疗设备的便捷性、智能性、安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

For patients with lumbar disc herniation, this topic compares the automatic acupoint positioning moxibustion treatment robot with massage therapy and the research and development equipment with the commonly used clinical moxibustion treatment methods, and objectively evaluates the safety and effectiveness of the research and development equipment, and according to the use situation Establish a TCM equipment treatment plan for lumbar disc herniation, and formulate relevant standards for data collection, rehabilitation evaluation and application methods of R&D equipment. Remote data collection, monitoring and maintenance are carried out through Internet information integration technology to improve the convenience, intelligence, safety and effectiveness of TCM treatment equipment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准，以疼痛为主； （2）年龄≥20岁并≤70岁，性别不限； （3）无手术指征； （4）自愿参与本项研究，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar disc herniation, mainly pain; (2) Age ≥20 years old and ≤70 years old, regardless of gender; (3) No indication for surgery; (4) Voluntarily participate in this research and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）肿瘤、结核、脊柱骨髓炎、脊柱骨折、马尾综合征、强直性脊柱炎患者； （2）非椎间盘源性致病原因（如椎管狭窄、炎症、肿瘤等），非特异性腰痛患者，急性期腰痛患者； （3）合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者； （4）妊娠和哺乳期妇女； （5）不同意参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, spinal osteomyelitis, spinal fractures, cauda equina syndrome, and ankylosing spondylitis;(2) Non-discogenic causes (such as spinal stenosis, inflammation, tumors, etc.), patients with non-specific low back pain, patients with acute low back pain;(3) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, and kidney, and mental illnesses;(4) Pregnant and lactating women;(5) Disagree to participate in this research.
