研究目的：

1. 主要目的：降低选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类（SSRIs）在体内的血药浓度，提高治疗效果，减轻患者因治疗带来的经济负担。 2. 次要目的：减少洗胃所致的不良事件的发生，保护肝脏，缩短神志恢复时间，缩短患者住院周期，减少住院花费。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to reduce the blood concentration of selective 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) in the body to improve the therapeutic effect and to reduce the economic burden of patients due to the treatment. 2. Secondary objectives: to reduce the occurrence of adverse events caused by gastric lavage to protect the liver to shorten the recovery time of consciousness to shorten the hospitalization period of the patients and to reduce the cost of hospitalization.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

黄芩解毒汤洗胃组:组方：大黄20g（后下）、黄芩20g、甘草30g，加水500m煎煮1h，过滤浓缩至250ml。签署黄芩解毒汤洗胃知情同意书。予患者置入鼻胃管后,取左侧卧位,洗胃期间都严密监测生命征。治疗(黄芩解毒汤洗胃)组用温清水9750ml加入中药汤剂250ml进行电动洗胃，对照组用温清水10000ml进行电动洗胃，观察洗胃前后24小时内及24小时后各项指标。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Huangqin Jiedu Decoction Gastric Lavage Group: Formula: 20g of rhubarb (added later) 20g of scutellaria 30g of licorice add 500ml of water and boil for 1h filter and concentrate to 250ml. Sign the informed consent form for Huangqin Jiedu Decoction Gastric Lavage. After the nasogastric tube was inserted the patient took the left side lying position and the vital signs were closely monitored during the gastric lavage. The treatment (Huangqin Jiedu Decoction Gastric Lavage) group used 9750ml of warm water and 250ml of Chinese medicine decoction for electric gastric lavage and the control group used 10000ml of warm water for electric gastric lavage and observed various indicators within 24 hours before and after gastric lavage and 24 hours later.

纳入标准：

(1)已经明确诊断为抑郁症的患者且年龄≥14 周岁， (2)明确具有服用选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类（selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors，SSRIs）中毒史，且中毒6h内入院； (3)患者或其监护人对研究内容知情，同意并签署知情同意书； (4)本院伦理委员会批准。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who have been diagnosed with depression and are ≥14 years old; (2) Patients with a history of poisoning from selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and who were hospitalized within 6 hours of poisoning; (3) Patients or their guardians are aware of the study content agree and sign the informed consent form; (4) Approved by the Ethics Committee of this hospital.

排除标准：

(1)严重意识障碍、生命体征不稳定者， (2)合并恶性肿瘤、严重感染、主要脏器器质性病变者； (3)近期有上消化道出血、穿孔者， (4)其他类型精神病者等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe impaired consciousness and unstable vital signs; (2) Patients with malignant tumors severe infections and organic lesions of major organs; (3) Patients with recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation; (4) Patients with other types of mental illness etc.
