研究目的：

探讨靳三针治疗阿片类药物依赖的临床疗效和安全性，为患者的康复提供一种中医治疗方法。

Objectives of Study：

This study is aim to measure the effectiveness and safety of JTN as a therapy for opioid dependence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 美国精神病学会《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第五版（DSM-V）中阿片类物质使用障碍诊断标准； ② 年龄18～60岁； ③ 美沙酮维持治疗1个月以上； ④ 三个月内未接受针灸治疗； ⑤ 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Subjects are eligible to include if they are: (1) Male or female aged 18–60 years; (2) Fulfilling the criteria for the diagnosis of opioid dependence on the basis of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fifth edition 20; (3) Received MMT for more than 30 days; (4) Not received any kind of acupuncture therapy during the previous 3 months; (5) Able to sign informed consent

排除标准：

① 合并有严重心、肝、脾、肺、肾疾病者； ② 合并有严重消化系统疾病及严重营养不良者； ③ 合并有梅毒或艾滋病； ④ 造血系统严重原发性疾病者； ⑤ 操作部位有炎症、瘢痕或外伤者，或有其他全身严重感染者； ⑥ 怀孕或计划怀孕者； ⑦ 不能合作或正在参加其他药物试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects will be excluded if they having one or more of the following criteria: (1) Having serious heart, liver, lung, or kidney diseases; (2) Having venereal diseases or AIDS; (3) Presence of severe digestive disease and athrepsia; (4) Suffering from major psychosis; (5) Receiving other treatment that may affect the efficacy evaluation of the present intervention; (6) Having an infection, inflammation, scar or injury close to the site of the selected acupoints; (7) Having been pregnant or planning pregnancy.
