研究目的：

①评价耳穴电针干预青年尼古丁依赖者戒烟的有效性、安全性；②同时在此随机对照研究的基础上，对受试者进行核磁及脑电检查，以探究吸烟渴求的脑网络机制及耳穴电针干预戒烟的机制。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of auricular electrical stimulation for smoking cessation in young smokers with nicotine dependence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①.有戒烟意愿的成人吸烟者，年龄 18 岁-35 岁之间，性别不限定；②.尼古丁依赖评 分 FTCD≥4 分者；③.对答清晰并愿意参加完成临床研究及磁共振扫描、脑电检查，并经伦理委员会同 意；④.具有知情同意的能力并愿意签署知情同意书；⑤. 符合 DSM-V 诊断标准；⑥.近 3 个月内没有过戒烟；⑦.无核磁共振及脑电检查禁忌。 注：同时满足以上 7 项的吸烟者，方可纳入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

①. Adult smokers who are willing to quit smoking, aged between 18 and 35 years old. ② . Smokers with moderate or severe nicotine dependence, and FTCD≥4. ③. Speak clearly and willing to finish MRI and EEG examination. ④. Willing to participate and provide signed informed consent. ⑤.Conforms to the diagnostic criteria of DSM-v. ⑥ Smokers who had not quit smoking within 3 months. ⑦. There were no contraindications to MRI and EEG examination. Note: smokers satisfy the above seven items at the same time will be included in this study.

排除标准：

①.有脑器质性疾病或颅脑损伤史、昏迷史；②.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；③.近 3 个月内接受 过药物或心理行为戒烟治疗；④.3 代内有符合 DSM-5 诊断标准的精神障碍患者，或长期服 用精神类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

①. Smokers have a history of organic brain disease or craniocerebral injury history, coma. ②. Pregnant and lactating women ③. Smokers who have received pharmacological, psychobehavioral therapies or acupuncture for smoking cessation in last 3 months. ⑤. Patients who met DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for mental disorders within 3 generations, or long-term use of psychotropic drugs.

采用探索性平行随机对照设计，采用简单随机法，随机数字由 SAS9.2 软件生成。按照 1：1 的比例，随机分为耳穴电针组（试验组）、 等待治疗组（对照组），分组信息装入不透光的信封中密封。
