研究目的：

本研究以阴虚火旺型失眠患者为研究对象，以“引火归元”理论契合现代整合针灸思维为指导思想，以“一针二灸三巩固”为治疗模式，观察整合针灸方案治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的临床疗效，通过与对照组进行疗效比较，明确基于同一理论下的整合针灸方案治疗该病的优效性，实现整合针灸疗法各项技术优势资源的探索，为整合针灸方案在临床运用提供临床研究证据，丰富中医外治疗法治疗临床疾病的整体观思维模式。

Objectives of Study：

This study takes the patients with insomnia of yin deficiency and fire flourishing type as the research object, taking the theory of "causing fire to return to yuan" and modern integrated acupuncture thinking as the guiding ideology, and "one acupuncture, two moxibustion and three consolidation" as the treatment mode. to observe the clinical efficacy of integrated acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia of yin deficiency and fire, and to make clear the superiority of the integrated acupuncture and moxibustion scheme based on the same theory in the treatment of insomnia of yin deficiency and fire exuberance by comparing the curative effect with the control group. Realize the exploration of integrating the technical advantage resources of acupuncture therapy, provide clinical research evidence for the integration of acupuncture programs in clinical application, and enrich the holistic thinking mode of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of clinical diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合中医诊断及西医诊断标准； 2.18 周岁≤年龄≤65 周岁者； 3.未参加其他临床研究者； 4.签署知情同意书，自愿参加本项研究者； 5.匹兹堡睡眠指数（PSQI）指数>7 分； 6.近 2 周内未服用过镇静安眠和（或）抗焦虑抑郁药物.

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; 2.18 years old ≤ age ≤ 65 years old; 3. Did not participate in other clinical researchers; 4. Sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in this study; 5. Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) > 7; 6. No sedation and / or anti-anxiety and depression drugs were taken in the past 2 weeks.

排除标准：

1.凡是全身性疾病如疼痛、发热、咳嗽、手术等，以及外界环境干扰因素引起者； 2.凡腧穴部位皮肤有严重感染者，畏针者； 3.合并有心血管、肺、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病者，由原发性疾病引 起继发性失眠者，精神病患者，妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.依赖镇静催眠类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. All systemic diseases such as pain, fever, cough, surgery, etc., as well as external environmental interference factors; 2. Where there is a serious infection in the skin of the acupoint, those who are afraid of needles; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, secondary insomnia caused by primary diseases, mental patients, pregnant or lactating women; 4. People who rely on sedative and hypnotic drugs.
