研究目的：

研究喜炎平注射液联合“清热解毒2号方”中药灌肠对重型手足口患儿临床症状改善时间的影响

Objectives of Study：

Study on the efficacy of both Andrographolide Sulfonate (Xiyanping injection), No.2 Qing Re Jie Du decoction in conjunction with conventional therapy in treating severe HFMD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1） 同时满足中医、西医诊断标准的重型手足口病患者(符合2期（重型）手足口病（肝热动风证）中西医诊断的患儿)； 2） 发病72小时内出现重型症状； 3） 年龄1~5岁； 4） 患者或其监护人愿意参加本研究且知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

According the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of HFMD issued by the Ministry of Health of China in 2018, the diagnosis of severe HFMD was established. children aged 1-5 years; no more than 24 hours after the occurrence of central nervous system symptoms, such as lethargy and weakness, agitation or irritability, headache, vomiting, limb weakness or acute flaccid paralysis, myoclonic jerks, ataxia, nystagmus, and oculomotor palsies.

排除标准：

1） 合并神经源性肺水肿或心、肺功能衰竭者； 2） 合并其他器官严重原发性疾病如先天性心脏病、慢性肝炎、肾炎和血液系统疾病等的患者； 3） 有中药过敏史者； 4） 因基础疾病目前正在使用激素治疗者； 5） 患者或其监护人有精神疾患； 6） 确诊后正在参与其他手足口病临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

The excluded criteria were considered as: patients had neurogenic pulmonary edema or heart or respiratory failure, chronic hepatitis, congenital heart disease, or acute or chronic nephritis; had a history of allergy to herbal medicine, or mild increases in bilirubin, intravascular hemolysis. In addition, patients had been taken Chinese herbal medicines or antivirals, hormonal therapy or participated in other clinical studies on HFMD, and had any condition that could have interfered with the evaluation of the study objectives.
