研究目的：

1.观察经皮电刺激足三里及上巨虚穴的安全性，单独应用能否降低妇科腹腔镜手术PONV的发生率，两组穴位联合应用是否具有协同作用。 2.观察经皮电刺激足三里及上巨虚穴对术中血压、术后苏醒时间及术后疼痛的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the safety of percutaneous electrical stimulation of Zusanli and Shangjuxu acupoints, whether single application can reduce the incidence of PONV in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and whether the combined application of two groups of acupoints has a synergistic effect. 2. To observe the effects of percutaneous electrical stimulation of Zusanli and Shangjuxu acupoints on intraoperative blood pressure, postoperative recovery time and postoperative pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄18 ～65 岁； 2.ASA 分级:I ～ Ⅲ级； 3.女性,择期行腔镜下妇科手术； 4.采用全凭静脉麻醉； 5.BMI:18～24 kg/m^2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. ASA classification: I-III; 3. Female, elective laparoscopic gynecological surgery; 4. Use total intravenous anesthesia; 5. BMI 18-24 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1.严重精神疾患； 2.合并严重肝、肾等系统疾病； 3.术前24小时内使用过止吐药物或发生过恶心呕吐的患者； 4.严重的胃肠疾病患者； 5.吸烟，晕动病史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental illness; 2. Combined with severe liver, kidney and other system diseases; 3. Patients who have used antiemetic drugs or experienced nausea and vomiting within 24 hours before surgery; 4. Patients with severe gastrointestinal diseases; 5. Patients with a history of smoking and motion sickness.
