研究目的：

1.研究并阐明消肿却痛散外用对踝关节骨折后局部软组织肿胀、疼痛的治疗效果。 2.采用肌骨超声测量，研究消肿却痛散对创伤肌肉组织的作用特点，解释中药外用对肌肉机械特性的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Study and elucidate the therapeutic effect of external application of Xiaozhong Quetong San on local soft tissue swelling and pain after ankle fracture. 2. Using muscle bone ultrasound measurement study the characteristics of the effect of Xiaozhong Quetong San on traumatized muscle tissue and explain the influence of external application of traditional Chinese medicine on muscle mechanical properties.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合踝关节骨折诊断标准，为单侧踝关节骨折未合并其他损伤患者，经外科医师评估有手术指征。 2.患者年龄在18-70岁之间。 3.治疗前未曾进行其他相关治疗。 4.自愿参加本临床研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for ankle fracture is a patient with unilateral ankle fracture without other injuries and has surgical indications evaluated by the surgeon. 2. The patient's age is between 18-70 years old. 3. No other related treatments were performed before treatment. 4. Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

开放性骨折、皮肤破损者，或局部软组织并发症（感染、张力性水疱、坏死、筋膜室综合征）者;伴有对侧下肢损伤或肢体缺如者；多发伤患者;除踝关节骨折外存在重要血管、神经、脏器损伤等急危重症患者；合并严重心、肝、肾、血液和造血系统等严重原发疾病；精神病患者；病理性骨折；对本研究药物存在过敏反应者；有手术禁忌症或经外科医生评估不适合手术治疗者；孕期、哺乳期妇女；研究者认为不适宜参加本临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with open fractures skin damage or local soft tissue complications (infection tension blisters necrosis compartment syndrome); Individuals with contralateral lower limb injury or limb absence; Patients with multiple injuries; In addition to ankle joint fractures there are also critically ill patients with important vascular nerve and organ injuries; Merge severe primary diseases such as heart liver kidney blood and hematopoietic system; Psychiatric patients; Pathological fracture; Individuals who have allergic reactions to the investigational drug; Patients with surgical contraindications or those assessed by surgeons as unsuitable for surgical treatment; Pregnant and lactating women; The researchers believe that it is not appropriate to participate in this clinical study.
