研究目的：

1、收集正清风痛宁注射液临床实际应用中的安全性信息； 2、提取正清风痛宁注射液临床实际应用中的安全性信号并进行评价； 3、对已知或潜在的安全风险提出防控措施，为制定风险管理计划提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

1. Collect the safety information of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection in clinical practice; 2. Safety signals of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection in clinical practice were extracted and evaluated; 3. Put forward prevention and control measures for known or potential safety risks, and provide basis for developing risk management plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）研究启动后，以参加研究科室/研究者为单位，所有使用正清风痛宁注射液的患者，不能挑选入选对象，也不能漏选入选对象，直至预先设计好的病例数完成； （2）伦理学要求符合本方案第10.3条“被观察者的知情和同意”的规定。

Inclusion criteria

(1) After the start of the study, all the patients receiving Zhengqing Fengtongning injection could not select the selected subjects, nor could they miss the selected subjects, until the pre-designed number of cases was completed. (2) Ethics requires compliance with the provisions of Article 10.3 of the scheme, "Knowledge and consent of the observed".

病例计算方法： （1）按照三例原则，按照千分之一的安全性事件要求，病例数预设为3000例。 （2）每个被观察者在入组时均获得患者编码，每个被观察者在整个研究周期内使用同一个患者编码，如被观察者在研究过程中出现如下情况，应记录其顺序码。每个被观察者首次进入研究时，顺序码记录为1，当出现如下情况时，可按照2,3,4的顺序依次编码； ?当被观察者在研究过程中出现停药（正清风痛宁注射液）并超过28天时，该被观察者应再次申请被顺序编码； ?当被观察者在研究过程中出现停药未超过28天，但原治疗疾病已经明显好转（或痊愈）且出现新的疾病时，该被观察者应再次申请顺序编码。 （3）当被观察者在研究过程中出现中心间转移时，该病例需要再次申请患者顺序编码。在原中心的处理按照本条其他要求进行。 （4）当被观察者在研究过程中出现新的疾病需要增加应用正清风痛宁类产品时，该病例不需要再次申请顺序码，但需要记载其药物用量的调整及调整原因。
