研究目的：

本课题通过对痤疮GAGS评分、面部痤疮特异性生活质量调查表的记录和血清睾酮、TLＲ2、IL-1α、TNF-α、IL-4、IFN-γ及IgE等指标的检测，从皮损改善程度、生活质量的改善、激素、炎症、免疫等多角度对九针联用治疗痤疮的临床疗效及作用机制进行初步探讨，为临床应用提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

In this project, through the records of the acne GAGS score, facial acne-specific quality of life questionnaire and the detection of serum testosterone, TLR2, IL-1α, TNF-α, IL-4, IFN-γ and IgE, the skin lesions were improved Degree, improvement of quality of life, hormones, inflammation, immunity, etc., to preliminarily explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the nine-needle combination treatment of acne and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合寻常型痤疮的诊断标准； 2.年龄18 -27岁之间，性别不限； 3.治疗前1月内未使用过与本病相关的内服药物，1周内未使用过与本病相关的外用药物； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of acne vulgaris; 2. Between the ages of 18-27 years old, there is no restriction on gender; 3. Have not used internal medicines related to this disease within 1 month before treatment, and have not used external medicines related to this disease within 1 week; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的心、脑、血管、内分泌等其他疾病； 2.参加本试验前1个月接受过其他治疗； 3.瘢痕体质患者； 4.神志异常及精神病患者； 5.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 6.对多西环素类抗菌素过敏的患者。 7.惧针或晕针患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious heart, brain, blood vessel, endocrine and other diseases; 2. Received other treatments 1 month before participating in this trial; 3. Patients with scar constitution; 4. Patients with abnormal consciousness and mental illness; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients who are allergic to doxycycline antibiotics. 7. Patients who are afraid of needles or fainting needles.
