研究目的：

主要目的：探究电针-山莨菪碱-EP合剂用于肠镜检查麻醉可行性与安全性，从而找到一种可以替换阿片类药物的镇痛方式，降低不良反应的发生率，扩大无痛诊疗的适用范围。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the feasibility and safety of electroacupuncture-anisodamine-EP mixture for colonoscopy anesthesia, and find an analgesic method that can replace opioids to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and expand the scope of application of painless diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合肠镜检查适应证而无明显禁忌； 2.年龄18-60岁； 3.无严重心、肺、肝、肾、脑等疾病及精神疾病； 4.患者同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书； 5.对针刺无不良反应。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the indications of colonoscopy without obvious contraindications; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. No serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain and other diseases and mental illness; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form; 5. No adverse reactions to acupuncture.

排除标准：

1.肛门直肠狭窄、内窥镜不能插入； 2.腹膜刺激症状的患者，如肠穿孔、腹膜炎等； 3.年老体弱、重度高血压、贫血、心肺功能不全者； 4.心律失常、心动过速者； 5.腹盆部手术后早期，怀疑有穿孔或广泛腹腔粘连者； 6.青光眼患者，重症溃疡性结肠炎患者； 7.对镇静药物、镇痛药物、山莨菪碱过敏者； 8.不耐受针刺，恐针、晕针； 9.合谷、手三里、足三里、上巨虚穴位处有瘢痕或皮肤疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with anorectal stenosis and the endoscope cannot be inserted; 2. Patients with peritoneal irritation, such as intestinal perforation, peritonitis, etc.; 3. Patients with frail elderly, severe hypertension, anemia, and cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 4. Patients with arrhythmia and tachycardia; 5. Patients suspected of perforation or extensive abdominal adhesions; 6. Patients with glaucoma, patients with severe ulcerative colitis; 7. Patients who are allergic to sedative drugs, analgesic drugs, and anisodamine; 8. Patients who are intolerant of acupuncture or fear of needles; 9. Patients with scars or skin diseases at the acupoints of Hegu, Shousanli, Zusanli, and Shangjuxu.

本研究由第三方统计人员采用随机数表法生成590个随机数，由试验研究者对入选患者按照1:1比例分为试验组和对照组。

In this study, 590 random numbers were generated by a third-party statistician using the random number table method. The experimental researchers divided the selected patients into experimental group and control group in a 1:1 ratio.
