研究目的：

设计相对健康人、失眠障碍、失眠障碍共见心血管疾病三组观察人群，应用中国科学院房建成院士研制的极弱心磁功能成像技术装备捕捉心脏功能信息，结合量表、脉息比测评人体功能中医虚实信息，开展横断面观察研究，初步挖掘病证结合的中医人体功能虚实效应的心磁特征。

Objectives of Study：

The study is designed to observe three groups of subjects: healthy individuals those with insomnia and those with insomnia comorbid with cardiovascular diseases. Using the extremely cardiac magnetic function imaging technology and equipment developed by Academician Fang Jiancheng from the Chinese Academy of Sciences the study captures cardiac functional information. In addition it combines questionnaires and pulse-to-breath ratio assessments to evaluate the deficiency-excess status of human body functions from a traditional Chinese medicine perspective. A cross-sectional observational study is conducted to preliminarily explore the cardiomagnetic characteristics associated with the deficiency-excess effects of human body functions in the context of integrated disease and syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.ts of human body functions in the context of integrated disease and syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.

纳入标准：

对照组（健康组）： （1）年龄 18-75 岁，性别不限； （2）无明显器质性疾病； （3）失眠严重程度指数量表（ISI）评分 < 8分； （4）焦虑评估量表（GAD-7）评分 < 10分； （5）抑郁评估量表（PHQ-9）评分 < 10分； （6）自愿签署知情同意书。 纳入标准须符合上述全部条件。 失眠障碍组： （1）年龄 18-75 岁，性别不限； （2）符合西医失眠障碍诊断标准； （3）失眠严重程度指数量表（ISI）评分 > 7分； （4）自愿签署知情同意书。 纳入标准须符合上述全部条件。 失眠障碍共病心脑血管疾病组： （1）年龄 18-75 岁，性别不限； （2）符合西医失眠障碍诊断标准； （3）失眠严重程度指数量表（ISI）评分 > 7分； （4）符合冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、缺血性脑卒中、脑出血中任一疾病的诊断标准，且由专科医师判断病情稳定； （5）自愿签署知情同意书。 纳入标准须符合上述全部条件。

Inclusion criteria

Control Group (Healthy Group): （1）Age 18-75 years gender not restricted. （2）No significant organic diseases. （3）Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score < 8. （4）Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) score < 10. （5）Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) score < 10. （6）Voluntary signing of the informed consent form. All of the above conditions must be met for inclusion. Insomnia Disorder Group: （1）Age 18-75 years gender not restricted. （2）Meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder in Western medicine. （3）Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score > 7. （4）Voluntary signing of the informed consent form. All of the above conditions must be met for inclusion. Insomnia Disorder Comorbid with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases Group: （1）Age 18-75 years gender not restricted. （2）Meets the diagnostic criteria for insomnia disorder in Western medicine. （3）Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score > 7. （4）Meets the diagnostic criteria for any one of the following diseases: coronary atherosclerotic heart disease arrhythmia heart failure myocardial infarction ischemic stroke or cerebral hemorrhage and the condition is stable as judged by a specialist physician. （5）Voluntary signing of the informed consent form. All of the above conditions must be met for inclusion.

排除标准：

对照组（健康组） （1）符合DSM-4任一疾病诊断标准； （2）合并有心脑血管、肺、肝、肾和内分泌系统等严重疾病者； （3）妊娠期或哺乳期女性； （4）最近2周服用可能影响结果的药物，如激素等； （5）其他不适宜纳入研究的情况。 失眠障碍组： （1）失眠由其他类型的睡眠障碍（如睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、不宁腿综合征等）引起； （2）准备怀孕或孕期或哺乳期或需要陪伴小孩一起睡觉的人群； （3）根据抑郁症筛查量表（PHQ-9）判定为重度抑郁的患者（总分≥15）； （4）根据广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）判定重度焦虑的患者（总分≥15）； （5）合并有心脑血管、肺、肝、肾、和内分泌系统等严重疾病； （6）精神发育迟滞者、酒精或其他物质滥用或依赖等精神疾病者 （7）妊娠及哺乳期妇女； （8）身体内有金属或心脏起搏器的患者； （9）无法完成相关测评、检查项目者。 失眠障碍共病心脑血管疾病组 （1）失眠由其他类型的睡眠障碍（如睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、不宁腿综合征等）引起； （2）准备怀孕或孕期或哺乳期或需要陪伴小孩一起睡觉的人群； （3）根据抑郁症筛查量表（PHQ-9）判定为重度抑郁的患者（总分≥15）； （4）根据广泛性焦虑障碍量表（GAD-7）判定重度焦虑的患者（总分≥15）； （5）合并有心、肝、肾、和内分泌系统等严重疾病如严重心律失常、急性心肌梗死、严重心力衰竭、高血压急症、肝衰竭、肾衰竭、糖尿病急性并发症等； （6）精神发育迟滞者、酒精或其他物质滥用或依赖等精神疾病者 （7）妊娠及哺乳期妇女； （8）身体内有金属或心脏起搏器的患者； （9）无法完成相关测评、检查项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for the Control Group (Healthy Group): （1）Meets the diagnostic criteria for any disease in DSM-IV. （2）Presence of severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular pulmonary hepatic renal or endocrine diseases. （3）Pregnant or breastfeeding women. （4）Use of medications that may affect the study results within the past 2 weeks (e.g. hormones). （5）Other situations deemed inappropriate for inclusion in the study. Exclusion Criteria for the Insomnia Disorder Group: （1）Insomnia caused by other types of sleep disorders (e.g. sleep apnea syndrome restless legs syndrome). （2）Individuals planning to become pregnant pregnant breastfeeding or those who need to sleep with children. （3）Patients diagnosed with severe depression based on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) (total score ≥15). （4）Patients diagnosed with severe anxiety based on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) (total score ≥15). （5）Presence of severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular pulmonary hepatic renal or endocrine diseases. （6）Individuals with mental retardation alcohol or other substance abuse or dependence or other psychiatric disorders. （7）Pregnant or breastfeeding women. （8）Patients with metal implants or pacemakers. （9）Inability to complete the relevant assessments or tests. Exclusion Criteria for the Insomnia Disorder Comorbid with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases Group: （1）Insomnia caused by other types of sleep disorders (e.g. sleep apnea syndrome restless legs syndrome). （2）Individuals planning to become pregnant pregnant breastfeeding or those who need to sleep with children. （3）Patients diagnosed with severe depression based on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) (total score ≥15). （4）Patients diagnosed with severe anxiety based on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item scale (GAD-7) (total score ≥15). （5）Presence of severe diseases in the cardiovascular hepatic renal or endocrine systems (e.g. severe arrhythmia acute myocardial infarction severe heart failure hypertensive emergency liver failure renal failure acute complications of diabetes). （6）Individuals with mental retardation alcohol or other substance abuse or dependence or other psychiatric disorders. （7）Pregnant or breastfeeding women. （8）Patients with metal implants or pacemakers. （9）Inability to complete the relevant assessments or tests.
