研究目的：

通过严格设计的临床随机对照试验，评估艾灸三阴交对新冠抗疫医务人员负性情绪及睡眠质量的疗效，并观察治疗过程中的不良反应。

Objectives of Study：

To confirm the efficacy and safety of moxibustion on Sanyinjiao for negative emotion and sleep quality of medical personnel during COVID-19 pandemic through rigorous randomized trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）参加上海市长兴岛临时集中隔离点救治工作的医务人员； （2）年龄19～60岁，性别不限； （3）同意参加调查并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Medical personnel participating in the treatment work of temporary centralized isolation area in Changxing Island, Shanghai; (2) Male or female patients aged between 19 to 70 years old; (3) Willing to participate in the trial and provide written consent.

排除标准：

（1）有精神病或既往有精神病史； （2）严重心、脑、肝、肾功能不全，失代偿肺功能不全或合并其他系统严重疾病者； （3）艾灸部位有严重溃疡、脓疮、皮肤感染等； （4）怀孕或哺乳期妇女； （5）正在参加其他临床医学试验研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having mental illness or a history of mental illness; (2) A diagnosis of severe diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, cerebrovascular, or hematopoietic systems; (3) Moxibustion area with skin infection, ulcer and soars; (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (5) Having participated in other clinic trials.

本试验采用区组随机对照方法进行分组，由一名独立的专业的统计学家完成，并制成随机分配卡片，用不透明信封密封，信封序号与卡片序号相同。病例按其就诊的先后次序拆号码相同的信封。
