研究目的：

1. 评价“治神调形”推拿干预方案治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效和安全性，形成科学、规范、适于推广应用的中医临床综合方案。 2. 初步探寻“治神调形”的作用机制和治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用优势，以进一步提高治疗水平，促进中医治疗技术的推广应用。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of "Zhishen Tiaoxing" Tuina therapy intervention program in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, and to form a scientific, standardized, and suitable for promotion and application of TCM clinical comprehensive program. 2. To explore the mechanism of "Zhishen Tiaoxing" and its advantages in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, to further improve the treatment level and promote the application of TCM treatment technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合疾病诊断标准；②年龄在18-60岁之间，男女不限；③患者精神正常，言语流利，能准确向医生表述感觉；④患者依从性好，能遵守试验方案，配合完成治疗项目；⑤患者同意接受本研究方案治疗，并在知情同意书上签字。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of disease; ② Age between 18 and 60 years old, male and female; ③ The patient was in normal mind and could express his feelings to the doctor with fluent speech; ④ Patients have good compliance, can abide by the trial protocol and cooperate to complete the treatment project; ⑤ Patients agreed to receive the study regimen and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①不符合研究纳入标准者；②任何可以解释慢性疲劳综合征的活动性疾病（明确诊断为胃肠道器质性疾病、肝肾功能不全、肿瘤或严重心脑血管疾病、内分泌系统疾病、运动系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、糖尿病、药物毒副作用或其他精神疾病）；③妊娠或哺乳期女性；④患有传染性疾病或皮肤感染有损害，不宜进行推拿治疗者；⑤本研究前饮食有明显变化者；⑥30天内接受过相关治疗，或正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who did not meet the study inclusion criteria; (2) any active disease that could explain chronic fatigue syndrome (definite diagnosis of gastrointestinal organic disease, hepatic and renal insufficiency, tumor or serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, endocrine system disease, motor system disease, autoimmune disease, infectious disease, diabetes mellitus, drug side effects or other mental disease); ③ pregnant or lactating women; ④ suffering from infectious diseases or skin infection damage, not suitable for Tuina treatment; ⑤ those who had significant changes in diet before the study; ⑥ patients who have received relevant treatment within 30 days or are participating in other clinical trials that may affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
