研究目的：

评估调神化痰针刺法对失眠合并血脂边缘升高患者的睡眠质量及血脂水平的影响，探讨针刺对失眠合并血脂边缘异常患者的治疗效果及可能作用机制。

Objectives of Study：

Assess the impact of TiaoShen HuaTan acupuncture on sleep and blood lipids in insomnia patients with early-stage lipid abnormalities and investigate its treatment mechanisms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合上述慢性失眠诊断标准及血脂边缘升高的诊断标准。具体参考《美国精神病学会精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）、《中国成人失眠诊断与治疗指南（2023版）》以及《中国血脂管理指南（2023年）》。（血脂边缘升高指在中国ASCVD一级预防低危人群中LDL-C≥3.4且＜4.1mmol/L；TG≥1.7且＜2.3mmol/L（TC≥5.2且＜6.2mmol/L；非HDL-C≥4.1且＜4.9mmol/L），符合其中一项即可，且其他指标未超过边缘升高水平。） ②年龄18～70岁。 ③匹兹堡睡眠量表（PSQI）评分大于7分。 ④近3月未进行降脂相关治疗者。 ⑤既往3个月内，受试者未参与其他任何形式的临床试验，且自愿接受本试验所制定的治疗方案，并已签署相应的知情同意书，表示对试验流程、潜在风险及收益的全面理解和同意。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria​​ ​​Diagnosis confirmation​​: Met diagnostic criteria for both chronic insomnia and borderline-elevated blood lipids with reference to: Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5) Chinese Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Adults (2023 Edition) Chinese Guideline for Lipid Management (2023) ​​Lipid thresholds​​ (applicable to low-risk ASCVD primary prevention population in China): LDL-C ≥3.4 and <4.1 mmol/L; ​​OR​​ TG ≥1.7 and <2.3 mmol/L; ​​OR​​ TC ≥5.2 and <6.2 mmol/L; ​​OR​​ Non-HDL-C ≥4.1 and <4.9 mmol/L (Only one parameter required with other lipid markers remaining within normal ranges) ​​Age​​: 18-70 years ​​Sleep assessment​​: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7 ​​Treatment history​​: No lipid-lowering therapies within the preceding 3 months ​​Ethical compliance​​: No participation in other clinical trials during the prior 3 months Voluntarily signed informed consent after comprehensive understanding of trial procedures potential risks and benefits

排除标准：

①存在抑郁症、焦虑症和精神分裂症等重度精神健康问题者。 ②罹患严重心血管、脑血管、肾脏和肝脏疾病者。 ③无法按照治疗要求配合的患者。 ④准备妊娠、处于妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女。 凡符合上述任一条件者，均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria​​ ​​Psychiatric disorders​​: Presence of severe mental health conditions including major depressive disorder generalized anxiety disorder schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders. ​​Systemic diseases​​: Diagnosis of severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular renal or hepatic pathologies (e.g. NYHA Class III/IV heart failure cirrhosis Child-Pugh C). ​​Non-compliance​​: Inability to adhere to treatment protocols as determined by baseline assessment. ​​Reproductive status​​: Individuals who are planning pregnancy currently pregnant or lactating. Participants meeting any of the above criteria were excluded from the study.
