研究目的：

基于真实世界国际针灸病例注册登记平台,收集252例慢性治疗湿疹的临床诊疗数据，结合患者偏好及随机分组的方法，将患者分为对照组（常规治疗组）及火针组，通过观察其近期、远期疗效及其对免疫功能的影响，探索火针治疗慢性湿疹的疗效优势，为火针治疗慢性湿疹提供循证医学证据。

Objectives of Study：

This project will collect clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 252 cases of chronic eczema based on by the international acupuncture and moxibustion case registry platform for real-world study.Combination with patient preferences and randomized methods, patients were divided into control group (conventional treatment group) and fire needle group. We will explore the efficacy advantages of fire needling treatment of chronic eczema by the observation of the short-term and long-term efficacy and the impact on immune function. This project will provided the evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of chronic eczema by fire needle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合湿疹诊断标准； ②病程大于3个月，反复发作，属于慢性湿疹患者； ③年龄位于18-80岁； ④治疗前2周未使用糖皮质激素、抗组胺类药物或免疫抑制剂等药物治疗及其他外用药物； ⑤自愿参加临床研究并签署知情同意书，配合治疗与随访者；

Inclusion criteria

①It meets the diagnostic criteria for eczema; ②The course of the disease is more than 3 months, recurrent attacks, and patients with chronic eczema; ③Aged between 18-80; ④No treatment with corticosteroids, antihistamines or immunosuppressants and other topical drugs in the 2 weeks before treatment; ⑤Voluntarily participate in clinical research and sign an informed notice to cooperate with treatment and follow-up;

排除标准：

①妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ②合并严重器质性病变、造血系统及免疫系统等疾病； ③湿疹发于面部或二阴部位者； ④患者精神疾病，不配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Complicated by severe organic lesions, hematopoietic system and immune system diseases; (3) Eczema occurs on the face or external genitalia and perianal region; (4) The patient has mental illness and does not cooperate with the treatment.

受试者将会被询问是否偏好火针或者外用糖皮质激素治疗。若他们无偏好，则会按1:1的比例随机分配至两组。采用SPSS统计软件生成的随机数字表，随机序列由研究者保管。

Participants will be asked if they prefer to fire needling treatment or topical corticosteroids.If they do not have a preference, they are randomised into one of the two randomised study arms in 1:1 ratio. The PI will generate a random number table and random sequence by SPSS software.
