Objectives of Study:
|
This study takes the intervention effect and safety as the main entry point, adopts the prospective, multi-center, randomized controlled clinical study method, and focuses on transforming from a generic and primary study to a precise and high-quality study. For the key technical links that affect the effect and safety, multi-disciplinary demonstration and analysis are carried out from the selection of meridians (parts), operation techniques, operation duration, and interval time, etc., so as to form a precise scraping technology application plan for CIPN, and evaluate the improvement in CIPN degree, quality of life, self-care ability, and local nerve pain. In addition, improvements will be made to the operating equipment to improve the comfort, accuracy and uniformity of the operation. Ultimately, high-quality research evidence, technical application schemes and innovative instruments are produced, further demonstrating the characteristic advantages of TCM nursing in symptom management and specialized nursing.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:
|
Control group: The disease nursing was carried out according to the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine "TCM Nursing Program for 52 diseases" and the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine "Routine Technical Operation Rules for TCM Nursing". CIPN symptom care refers to ESMO-EONS-EANO Clinical Practice Guidelines: Diagnosis, Prevention, Treatment and Follow-up of Peripheral and Central Nervous System Toxicity Caused by Systemic Anticancer Therapy, and nursing measures are mainly given from psychological care, diet care, functional exercise, medication care and safety guidance.
Intervention group: On the basis of the nursing method of the control group, the gua Sha technology intervention was given for 5 consecutive days, once a day.
Scraping sequence and method: The operator should relax the wrist, exert force with the elbow, and the Tongbian scraping board and the skin should be at an Angle of 45° ~ 90°. The operation should be carried out first up and then down (from the proximal end to the distal end), first left and then right, and each part should be scraped 15 ~ 20 times, each position should be scraped thoroughly, and no white space should be left. Gua sha intensity to patient tolerance is appropriate, gently and, according to the pressure medium, moderate speed, with local skin redness, slight heat as the degree. The curettage process lasts 20 to 30 minutes.
Scraping site selection:
Hand: The hand starts from 5cm horizontal line on the dorsal distal horizontal stripe of the wrist to the back of the hand, and finally to the fingertips; Then scrape from 5cm horizontal line on the distal transverse line of the palm of the wrist to the palm, finger abdomen, and finally to the tip of the finger.
Foot: scrape the foot from the lateral ankle tip 5cm horizontal line to the lateral ankle, the back of the foot, and finally to the toe tip; Then scrape from the medial ankle tip 5cm horizontal line to the medial ankle, the sole of the foot, and finally to the tip of the toe.
Precautions: During the process of scraping, pay attention to protect the privacy of patients, observe the reaction of patients, maintain effective communication, and prevent patients from adverse reactions such as dizzy scratching. If there are adverse reactions such as fainting and scraping, the scraping should be stopped immediately and the relevant symptomatic treatment. After the treatment, the patient was advised to keep warm, avoid wind and cold, avoid strenuous exercise, drink plenty of warm water, and take a hot bath after 6h.
