研究目的：

主要研究目的 评价真实世界中复方片仔癀含片改善急性咽炎、急性扁桃体炎及头颈部肿瘤放疗后相关咽喉不适症状的总体有效性。 次要研究目的 (1)比较临床治疗效果的异质性（包括疾病类型、季节、地域、人口学特征、合并用药、用法用量、疗程等对试验药物疗效的影响）。 (2)按疾病类型评估真实世界中复方片仔癀含片临床应用的有效性。 (3)评估真实世界中复方片仔癀含片临床应用的总体安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Main research purpose To evaluate the overall effectiveness of Fufang Pianzaihuang Hanpian in improving the symptoms of acute pharyngitis acute tonsillitis and related throat discomfort after radiotherapy for head and neck tumors in real world. Secondary research purpose (1) To compare the heterogeneity of clinical treatment effect (including the effects of disease type season region demographic characteristics combined drug use dosage and course of treatment etc.). (2) Evaluate the effectiveness of clinical application of compound Pien Tze Huang buzenge in real world according to disease types. (3) To evaluate the overall safety of compound Pihuang buzenge in clinical application in the real world.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合急性咽炎或急性扁桃体炎诊断，或头颈部肿瘤采用放疗或以放疗为基础的联合治疗者； (2)患者需必备主症，次症作为参考； 急性咽炎，主症：咽痛；次症：咽干灼热。 急性扁桃体炎，主症：咽痛；次症：咽部灼热。 头颈部肿瘤放疗，主症：咽痛；次症：咽干。 (3)基线咽痛NRS评分≥4分； (4)年龄≥18周岁，性别不限； (5)急性咽炎、急性扁桃体炎患者病程不超过48小时，头颈部肿瘤患者需在放疗全疗程结束后30天内； (6)患者知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnosis of acute pharyngitis or acute tonsillitis or who receive radiotherapy or radiotherapy based combination therapy for head and neck tumors; (2) Patients need to have the primary disease secondary disease as a reference; Acute pharyngitis main symptoms: sore throat; Secondary symptoms: dry and burning throat. Acute tonsillitis main symptoms: sore throat; Secondary symptoms: burning of the throat. Head and neck tumor radiotherapy main symptoms: pharyngeal pain; Secondary disease: dry throat. (3) Baseline NRS score for pharyngeal pain ≥4 points; (4) Age ≥18 years old gender is not limited; (5) The duration of acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis should not exceed 48 hours and the duration of head and neck tumor should be within 30 days after the full course of radiotherapy; (6) The patient gives informed consent and signs the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

(1)就诊前24小时内已使用与复方片仔癀含片说明书中功能主治相近药物的患者； (2)消化系统功能减弱而出现便稀、胃部不适甚至疼痛者； (3)研究者认为可能干扰临床评估的循环、消化、呼吸、泌尿、神经、内分泌及造血等系统严重疾病的患者； (4)体温≥38.5℃者； (5)明确诊断为精神障碍、发育障碍等不具有自主行为能力的患者； (6)孕期或哺乳期女性，或近3个月准备受孕的患者（包括伴侣）； (7)已知对试验药物成分过敏者； (8)1个月内参加过或正在参加其他临床试验的患者； (9)经研究者判断不适宜参加临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have used drugs with similar functions as described in the instructions of Compound Pien Tze Huang Buzenge within 24 hours before treatment; (2) The function of the digestive system is weakened resulting in loose stool stomach discomfort or even pain; (3) Patients with serious circulatory digestive respiratory urinary nervous endocrine and hematopoietic diseases that researchers believe may interfere with clinical evaluation; (4) Body temperature ≥38.5℃; (5) Clearly diagnosed as mental disorders developmental disorders and other patients with no ability to act autonomously; (6) Pregnant or lactating women or patients (including partners) who are ready to conceive in the last 3 months; (7) Those who are known to be allergic to the ingredients of the test drug; (8) Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month; (9) Patients judged by the investigator to be unfit to participate in clinical trials.

本试验采用分层区组随机化方法，由独立的编盲统计师利用SAS 9.4软件按试验组与对照组1:1比例分配分别产生随机数字表对受试者的处理分组进行随机化
