研究目的：

旨在研究耳穴贴压联合风扇疗法对终末期肿瘤患者呼吸困难的干预效果，以期为肿瘤患者终末期护理提供一种安全、有效、便捷的综合护理方案，以促进患者舒适呼吸，提高终末期肿瘤患者的生存质量与生存信心。

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of auricular point sticking combined with fan therapy in relieving dyspnea in patients with terminal cancer. In addition, we aimed to provide a safe, effective and convenient nursing plan for those patients, so as to promote the greater relief of dyspnea and improve their quality of life and confidence in survival.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>18岁； 2. 经组织学或细胞学诊断为恶性肿瘤，经肿瘤专科医生根据疾病分期结合临床指标讨论后预估生存期小于6个月； 3. 患者静坐或休息时呼吸困难NRS量表得分为3分及以上，即存在轻度以上呼吸困难； 4. 患者能够使用中文沟通，意识清醒，能表达自己主观意愿。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >18 years; 2. Metastatic or locally advanced cancer; 3. Dyspnea while sitting or lying at rest with a score of at least three points on a 0 to 10 point Numerical Rating Scale (NRS)(0=no breathlessness; 10=worst possible breathlessness); 4. no cognitive impairment and able to communicate in Chinese

排除标准：

1. 24小时内发烧大于38°C； 2. 诊断为重度贫血或血红蛋白水平≤6g/dL； 3. 正在经历影响三叉神经的疾病或治疗； 4. 耳廓皮肤破损、发炎或严重水肿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fever > 38 degrees C in the preceding 24 hours; 2. A hemoglobin level <= 6g/dL; 3. Diseases or treatments affecting the trigeminal nerve; 4. Impaired integrity of skin around ears.
