研究目的：

通过观察治疗前后干眼患者的相关症状及体征改变，评价揿针联合杞麦石斛饮、揿针以及杞麦石斛饮治疗干眼的临床疗效及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of thumb-tack needle combined with Qimai Shihu Drink in the treatment of dry eye by observing the symptoms and signs of dry eye patients before and after the treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1．符合干眼诊断标准； 2．18岁≤年龄≤60岁； 3．对针刺及皮肤敷料无不良反应者; 4．知情同意，志愿受试。获得知情同意书过程应符合GCP规定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for dry eye; 2. 18 years old ≤ age ≤ 60 years old; 3. No adverse reaction to needling and skin dressing; 4. Informed consent and volunteer to be tested. The process of obtaining informed consent should be in accordance with GCP regulations.

排除标准：

1．因其他眼病在治疗者； 2．在使用其他方式进行干眼治疗者； 3．伴随角结膜病变、泪道堵塞等眼部疾病者； 4．三个月内眼部用药史； 5．三个月内眼部手术及外伤史； 6．三个月内角膜接触镜佩戴史； 7．妊娠期、哺乳期女性； 8．合并有心、脑、肾等全身重大疾病患者； 9．精神疾病和其他不能配合治疗或不能给予充分知情同意者； 10．根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况； 11．正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are being treated for other eye diseases; 2. Those who are using other means of dry eye treatment; 3. With eye diseases such as keratoconjunctival lesions and tear duct blockage; 4. History of eye medication within three months; 5. History of eye surgery and trauma within three months; 6. History of wearing corneal contact lenses within three months; 7. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 8. Patients with major systemic diseases such as heart brain kidney and so on; 9. Mental illness and others who are unable to cooperate with the treatment or give full informed consent; 10. According to the judgment of the researcher the possibility of enrollment is reduced or complicated by other medical conditions such as frequent changes in the work environment and other conditions that may lead to loss of visits; 11. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.

干预措施：

人工泪液治疗+中药茶饮杞麦石斛饮（杞麦石斛饮：枸杞子4g，麦冬4g，石斛4g，酒黄精4g，太子参4g，生山药4g）以上诸药泡水做茶饮，首次冲泡需用开水煮沸15min，每日服用3次，每次250ml以上。

Intervention：

Artificial tears treatment + Chinese medicine tea drink-Qimibai Shihu Drink (Qimibai Shihu Drink: lycium, ophiopogon japonicus, dendrobium, huangjing, radix pseudostellariae and raw yam 4 grams each) the above medicines brewed to make a tea, the first brew need to be boiled with boiled water for 15min, take 3 times a day, each time more than 250ml.
