研究目的：

1、探索习练标准8式太极拳对失眠的青少年人群睡眠及情绪健康心理的影响。 2、运用静息态功能核磁、fNIRS观察太极拳干预在脑功能层面的影响机制，以期为后续更深入的研究提供思路。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of practicing standard 8-style Taijiquan on sleep and emotional health of teenagers with insomnia. 2. Using resting state functional NMR and fNIRS to observe the influence mechanism of Taijiquan intervention on brain function in order to provide ideas for further research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄13-17岁，能够准确理解太极拳及教练语言； （2）家长能够配合，并愿意参与亲子习练； （3）符合上述（失眠症）诊断标准； （4）自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 13-17 years old able to accurately understand Tai Chi and instructor language; (2) Parents can cooperate and are willing to participate in parent-child training; (3) meet the above diagnostic criteria (insomnia); (4) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）因其他健康因素不适合习练者； （2）因习练时间冲突或意愿不强烈者； （3）今三个月内发生过肢体活动不利、骨折等情况者 （4）正在服用精神类药物； （5）其他睡眠障碍、躯体或心理疾病所导致的失眠 （6）家庭成员近三个月内发生重大变故者 （7）研究者评估不适合参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

.(1) those who are not suitable for practice due to other health factors; (2) Due to training time conflict or desire is not strong; (3) In the past three months there have been adverse limb movement fracture and other conditions (4) Taking psychotropic drugs; (5) Insomnia caused by other sleep disorders physical or psychological diseases (6) Family members have undergone major changes within the past three months (7) Researcher assessment is not appropriate for participants.
