研究目的：

本文通过对辟谷参与者进行深度访谈，结合前期的实地观察和体验，介绍辟谷的具体开展模式，总结和分析辟谷者辟谷后的真实体验和感受，探讨辟谷对人体的潜在健康影响。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to introduce the implementation of fasting based on Taoist thoughts on health preservation, summarize and analyze the real experience after the fasting, and explore the potential health impact of it on human body, through in-depth interviews with fating participants, combined with previous field observations and experiences.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 自2019年起参加过北京道医医药研究院组织的七日辟谷活动，或在其思想指导下自行进行七日辟谷者； 2. 自愿参加，签署知情同意书； 3. 愿意表达参加辟谷的真实感受。

Inclusion criteria

1. Observing the 7-day Taoist fasting during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020; 2. Voluntarily participating and signing the informed consent. 3. Voluntarily exressing their true feeling about the fasting experience.

排除标准：

存在交流障碍,且无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with communication disordrs failing to cooperate with researchers.
