研究目的：

探究穴位贴敷治疗慢性肾脏病便秘患者的有效性及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupoint application therapy for chronic kidney disease with constipation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①18-75岁患者。 ②符合慢性肾脏病诊断及功能性便秘诊断的非透析患者。 ③过去3个月没有接受过穴位贴敷治疗便秘。 ④知情同意参加本临床研究并能自主配合的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 18-75 years old male and female. ②Clinical diagnosis of chronic kidney disease（non-dialysis）and functional constipation. ③Has not received any acupoint application for constipation in the past 3 months. ④Sign the written informed consent form and are able to cooperate autonomously.

排除标准：

①药物引起或继发于内分泌、代谢、神经疾病或术后出现便秘者。 ②近期疾病处于急性期患者。 ③合并其他系统严重疾病、肿瘤患者、精神疾病患者、沟通及认知功能严重障碍者。 ④孕妇或哺乳期妇女。 ⑤严重过敏体质，治疗部位皮肤损伤、皮肤感染，不适合开展贴敷治疗者。 ⑥1个月内接受过缓泻剂治疗或服用过其他治疗便秘的药物的患者。 ⑦因其他原因无法配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Drug-induced or secondary to endocrine, metabolic, neurological disease or postoperative constipation. ②Patients with recent disease in acute phase. ③Patients with other serious systemic disease, tumor, mental disease, communication and cognitive dysfunction. ④Pregnant or lactating patients. ⑤Allergenic,skin injury or infection, not suitable for acupoint application therapy. ⑥Patients who had received laxatives or other drugs for constipation within 1 month. ⑦Can't cooperate for any other reason.

Data management using the Chronic Diseases Management System of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）完成的病例观察表由监查员审查后收回，随后相关人员进行数据处理。病例报告表的数据采用双人双份录入，经核查确认无误后锁定数据库。 （2）研究者应当使资料保存完整，有固定地方存放并落锁保管，以备今后查看。资料保存至少5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. The completed case observation form was reviewed by the inspector, and the project team members then processed the data. The data in the case report form is entered in double-double, and the database is locked after verification and confirmation. 2. The researcher should keep the data intact, store it in a fixed place, and lock it for future reference. The data is kept for at least 5 years.
