研究目的：

探讨针刺联合rTMS治疗精神分裂症认知障碍是否优于常规rTMS治疗，研究针刺联合rTMS治疗精神分裂症认知障碍的脑功能区效应影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether acupuncture combined with rTMS is superior to conventional rTMS in the treatment of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia.To study the effect of acupuncture combined with rTMS on brain functional areas in the treatment of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究为随机对照研究，入组精神分裂症患者106例，随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各53例。实验采用组内自身对照及组间平行对照。各组于治疗前、治疗第2周、治疗4周时进行自身对照，各治疗组同一观察时间点之间进行平行对照。每组随机抽取11例患者于治疗前及治疗后进行功能磁共振检查。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study was a randomized controlled study. A total of 106 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 53 cases in each group. The experiment adopted intra-group self-control and inter-group parallel control. Each group conducted self-controls before treatment at the second week of treatment and at the fourth week of treatment. Parallel controls were conducted among the same observation time points in each treatment group. Eleven patients were randomly selected from each group for functional magnetic resonance examination before and after treatment.

纳入标准：

a)实验受试者符合《国际疾病分类》（ICD-10）精神分裂症诊断标准； b)总病程≥2年； c)入组前6周时间内未调整任何抗精神病药剂量及种类，且PANSS量表评分＜60分； d)近半年内未接受无抽搐电休克（MECT）、rTMS及针刺治疗； e)右利手。 f)初中及以上学历。

Inclusion criteria

a) The experimental subjects met the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); b) The total disease course was ≥2 years; c) No dosage or type of antipsychotic drugs was adjusted within 6 weeks before enrollment and the PANSS scale score was < 60 points; d) No electroconvulsive shock without convulsions (MECT) rTMS or acupuncture treatment has been received in the past half year; e) Right-handed player.

排除标准：

a)严重癫痫、脑病或精神活性物质所致精神障碍； b)存在严重冲动毁物行为或自伤自残者； c)哺乳期、妊娠或有可能在研究期间怀孕的妇女； d)头颅内置有金属异物、植入心脏起搏器者或人工耳蜗; e)脑电图明显异常而无法行TMS; f)有凝血功能障碍或有出血风险； g)晕针及其他不耐受针刺治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

a) Severe epilepsy brain diseases or mental disorders caused by psychoactive substances; b) Those who have serious impulsive acts of destroying property or self-harm or self-mutilation; c) Women who are breastfeeding pregnant or likely to become pregnant during the study period; d) Those with metal foreign bodies built into the skull implanted cardiac pacemakers or cochlear implants; e) The electroencephalogram is significantly abnormal and rTMS cannot be performed;

本项目采用随机数字表法，产生随机分配序列，受试者随机号及分组信息由项目研究组专人管理，随机编号及分组信息在临床治疗前装在连续编号的信封内，受试者按纳入研究观察的时间先后顺序获得信封，并同时获得相应的随机编号和分组信息。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This project adopts the random number table method to generate a random allocation sequence. The random numbers and grouping information of the subjects are managed by a dedicated person in the project research group. Before clinical treatment the random numbers and grouping information are placed in consecutively numbered envelopes. The subjects receive the envelopes in the order of the time they are included in the study observation and at the same time they receive the corresponding random numbers and grouping information.
