研究电砭石温熨疗法在基层社区医院推广应用过程中模式可行性、长效机制的建立及其在基层医院的社会效益

Objectives of Study：

Study on the feasibility of the electric needle stone warm ironing therapy in the promotion and application process of grassroots community hospitals, the establishment of a long-term mechanism, and its social benefits in grassroots hospitals

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准： 1）符合上述肩凝症诊断标准。 2）符合中医辨证风寒湿型的患者。 3）年龄 50～75 岁；病程一年以内。 4）患者同意参与试验并签署知情同意书者。 5）患者男女性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for shoulder impingement syndrome mentioned above. 2) Patients who meet the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation criteria of wind cold dampness type. 3) Age range from 50 to 75 years old; The course of illness is within one year. 4) The patient agrees to participate in the trial and signs the informed consent form. 5) There is no gender restriction for patients.

排除标准：

1）肩凝症以外的颈肩关节病变者，包括肩袖损伤、肩关节撞击征、肩峰下滑囊炎、肩骨关节炎、颈椎病等。 2）有严重心、脑血管疾病或脏器衰竭不能耐受刺激者。 3）糖尿病患者有肢体缺血或软组织感染倾向者。 4）精神疾病及老年痴呆病不能配合治疗及检查者。 5）肩关节外伤及手术病史患者，包括肩部骨折、脱位及既往手术病史等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with neck and shoulder joint lesions other than shoulder coagulation include rotator cuff injuries, shoulder impingement sign, subacromial bursitis, shoulder osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, etc. 2) Individuals with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure who cannot tolerate stimulation. 3) Patients with diabetes have the tendency of limb ischemia or soft tissue infection. 4) Individuals with mental illnesses and elderly dementia who cannot cooperate with treatment and examination. 5) Patients with shoulder joint trauma and surgical history, including shoulder fractures, dislocations, and previous surgical history.
