研究目的：

以SUI女性为研究对象，观察加味补中益气汤定向透药治疗前后SUI 症状的改善及安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the improvement and safety of SUI symptoms of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction before and after targeted transdrug treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）西医诊断符合中华医学会妇产科学分会妇科盆底学组《女性压力性尿失禁诊断和治疗指南（2017）》诊断标准；中医诊断符合《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中脾肾两虚证诊断标准； 2）40-70 岁，有性生活史女性，有子宫受试者停经≥1年，无子宫受试者年龄≥55岁； 3）患者自愿接受临床观察，并签署知情同意书； 4）患者未曾因PFD就诊或须停用PFD相关药物治疗或物理治疗3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1) The diagnosis of western medicine is in line with the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnosis and Treatment Guide for Female Stress Urinary Incontinence (2017) of the Pelvic Floor Group of the Gynecology and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; The diagnosis of TCM is in line with the diagnostic criteria of spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome in Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine. 2) 40-70 years old women with a sexual life history subjects with uterine menopause ≥1 year subjects without uterus ≥55 years old; 3) Patients voluntarily accept clinical observation and sign informed consent; 4) The patient has not seen a doctor for PFD or has had to stop PFD-related medication or physical therapy for more than 3 months.

排除标准：

1） 不符合纳入标准者的其他类型尿失禁者； 2） 合并严重内外科疾病患者； 3） 治疗部位有破损、溃疡或感染； 4） 急性感染期、高热、昏迷； 5） 心肝肾功能不全者； 6） 有下肢深静脉血栓形成史者、恶性肿瘤患者； 7） 患者存在意识障碍、交流障碍无法配合试验进行； 8） 医务人员认为其他原因不适合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Other types of urinary incontinence that do not meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with severe medical and surgical diseases; 3) The treatment site is damaged ulcerated or infected; 4) Acute infection high fever coma; 5) heart liver and renal insufficiency; 6) Patients with history of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or malignant tumor; 7) Patients with consciousness and communication disorders could not cooperate with the experiment; 8) Patients who are deemed unsuitable by medical staff for other reasons.
