研究目的：

采用随机、对照、多中心临床研究方法，对山葡健脾颗粒粒治疗儿童功能性消化不良（脾虚食滞证）进行临床疗效评价。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled multi-center clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenpu Jianpi granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (spleen deficiency and food stagnation) in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.西医疾病诊断为儿童功能性消化不良； 2.中医辨证为脾虚食滞证； 3.年龄1～14岁（≤14岁），无性别限制； 4.必须征得受试者的法定监护人的知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书；当受试者能做参加临床试验决定时，还必须征得受试者本人的同意。 5.2周筛选期未使用治疗消化不良的相关药物，已建立良好的饮食习惯，FD症状仍存在。

Inclusion criteria

1. Functional dyspepsia in children diagnosed by western medicine; 2. Syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency and stagnation of food; 3. Age 1-14 years old (≤14 years old) no gender restriction; 4. Informed consent must be obtained from the legal guardians of the subjects and informed consent must be signed voluntarily; When a subject can make a decision to participate in a clinical trial his or her consent must also be obtained. During the 5.2-week screening period no dyspepsia-related drugs were used good dietary habits had been established and FD symptoms still existed.

排除标准：

1.器质性疾病引起的消化不良，如急慢性胃肠炎、消化性溃疡、胃肠手术史、急慢性肝炎、神经性厌食症、某些药物引起的厌食症； 2.同时治疗可引起便秘或胃肠道运动增强情况； 3.中、重度营养不良； 4.对山葡健脾颗粒或枸橼酸莫沙必利口服液的成分过敏； 5.存在心血管、神经、呼吸、肝胆、泌尿系统等严重原发疾病； 6.精神障碍、智力障碍和/或沟通障碍； 7.试验前3个月参加过其他临床试验者； 8.研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dyspepsia caused by organic diseases such as acute and chronic gastroenteritis peptic ulcer history of gastrointestinal surgery acute and chronic hepatitis anorexia nervosa anorexia caused by some drugs; 2. Concurrent treatment may cause constipation or enhanced gastrointestinal motility; 3. Moderate and severe malnutrition; 4. Allergic to components of Shanpu-Jianpi granules or mosapride citrate oral solution; 5. Serious primary diseases of cardiovascular nervous respiratory hepatobiliary urinary system etc. 6. Mental intellectual and/or communication disorders; 7. Participants who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the trial; 8. Those who were deemed unsuitable to participate in the trial by the investigator.

采用区组随机的方法，以中心为分层因素，层内按1：1的比例分为试验组、对照组。运用SAS统计软件，按10个中心的病例分配数及随机比例，生成随机数字分组表。

Using the method of block randomization with the center as the stratification factor the samples were divided into an experimental group and a control group in a 1:1 ratio within each layer. Using SAS statistical software generate a random number grouping table based on the number of cases assigned to 10 centers and the random ratio.
