研究目的：

研究电针结合体外冲击波(EESWT)治疗膝关节骨关节炎（KOA）的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effectiveness and safety of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy (EESWT) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）KOA的诊断标准符合American College of Rheumatology(ACR)； （2）Kellgren-Lawrence（K-L）分期属于I期-III期； （3）心、肺、肝、肾功能良好，能够耐受ESWT； （4）近3个月内未使用药物、膝关节镜手术进行治疗； （5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The diagnostic criteria of KOA conform to American College of Rheumatology (ACR); (2) Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) staging is stage I, stage II or stage III; (3) The heart, lung, liver, and kidney functions are good, and they can tolerate ESWT; (4) No drugs or knee arthroscopic surgery has been used for treatment in the past 3 months; (5) The informed consent form was signed.

排除标准：

（1）风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、创伤性关节炎、痛风性关节炎； （2）患膝局部有伤口或患肢存在结核、感染或骨髓炎； （3）患有血管、神经类疾病； （4）患膝存在严重的内外翻畸形； （5）合并肝、肾、心脑血管和造血系统等严重原发性疾病； （6）合并重度骨质疏松； （7）哺乳或妊娠期妇女； （8）因疼痛等因素无法耐受ESWT者； （9）膝关节液含量过少，不能满足检测需要。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic arthritis, gouty arthritis; (2) There is a wound on the affected knee or tuberculosis, infection, osteomyelitis in the affected limb; (3) Suffering from vascular and neurological diseases; (4) The affected knee has severe varus deformity; (5) Combining severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems diseases; (6) With severe osteoporosis; (7) Breast-feeding or pregnant women; (8) Those who cannot tolerate ESWT due to pain and other factors; (9) The content of knee joint fluid is too small to meet the testing needs.
