研究目的：

本研究旨在通过随机对照试验，验证基于SFMA理论指导针刺肌筋膜触发点治疗慢性腰背痛的临床疗效。通过对比SFMA评估引导的远端功能干预与常规局部针刺，结合肌骨超声量化核心肌群功能、ODI指数及SFMA评分，探索“疼痛-运动模式-结构”多维度干预机制，为中西医结合治疗提供新思路，改善患者功能预后，降低复发率，减轻医疗负担。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to validate the clinical efficacy of SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment)-guided acupuncture at myofascial trigger points for chronic low back pain (CLBP) through a randomized controlled trial. By comparing SFMA-guided distal functional intervention with conventional local acupuncture, integrating musculoskeletal ultrasound quantification of core muscle function (transverse abdominis and multifidus contraction rates), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores, and SFMA assessments, the research explores the "pain-movement pattern-structure" multidimensional intervention mechanism. The goal is to provide a novel integrative Chinese-Western medicine approach for improving functional outcomes, reducing recurrence, and alleviating healthcare burdens in CLBP patients.

纳入标准：

1. 符合慢性腰痛的定义，以腰痛为主诉就诊； 2. 年龄介于18至75岁之间； 3. 言语交流无障碍，能够配合完成相关检查及量表评估； 4. 自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the definition of chronic low back pain and seek medical treatment with low back pain as the main complaint; 2. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Speech communication is barrier-free and able to cooperate with relevant examinations and scale assessments; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form

排除标准：

1.合并多种治疗方法，针刺在腰痛的治疗中仅作为辅助治疗； 2.有心血管、消化、泌尿和造血系统等原发性疾病； 3.腰部肿瘤、感染、外伤等原因引起的腰痛患者； 4.严重的精神病患者； 5.腰椎术后患者； 6.妊娠状态； 7.出现马尾综合征的症状，如大小便障碍、鞍区感觉减退等；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with a variety of treatment methods acupuncture is only used as an adjuvant treatment in the treatment of low back pain; 2. Primary diseases such as cardiovascular digestive urinary and hematopoietic systems; 3. Patients with low back pain caused by lumbar tumors infections trauma etc.; 4. Severe mental illness; 5. Patients with lumbar spine surgery; 6. Pregnancy status; 7. Symptoms of cauda equina syndrome such as defecation disorders hyposenia in the saddle area etc.;
